  • Licensing can be a great option for growing your surface design business. When you license your artwork to another company, you retain the copyright and the ability to license it again to a company in a different industry. You earn a percentage of wholesale sales and get paid quarterly. But how do you make it happen? And what do you need to look out for when signing a licensing deal?
In this panel discussion, you’ll learn from the experts. Three artists with years of licensing experience and a renowned illustration agent will cover topics including:
The key components of a strong portfolio
    How to connect with companies
What the licensing process typically looks like
How licensing can fit into a surface design business

"it's not a big deal, they'll just ask you to check the colors" wow if you do manual designs, this means simply doing it all over again.
