Do clients expect maintenance, 24/7 support, if a website goes down etc. on the 20-30$ a month? How do you justify to them charging e.g 40$ when they can see they can get it for 10$? Do you add extra services like email on the price?
Hi Bryce, was wondering how you manager client expectations? The worry is that (if you've also built the wordpress site for the client), once you get a handful of clients, they contact you periodically about updating the website, making changes, etc., especially if they aren't tech-savvy. I'd imagine once you have >10 clients or so, this becomes time consuming. Thanks in advance!
Quite the opposite, actually. I have over 80 clients at the moment. I promise I’m not exaggerating when I say this - I don’t spend more than 30 minutes per month managing all of them. Very rarely does a client contact me for changes, after the initial site build.
Hey! I found this video really interesting, but I've been thinking - would websites being static be a concern for this sort of resale hosting, and how low of a price do you think is too low? I've found a way to set up my personal website so that I only pay for the domain, using combinations of services provided by reliable companies to get it running. I'd like to offer this as a service (for a monthly fee of course), do you think it could work out well?
sir...i need small help. i bought reseller hosting and two domains from same company recently..i created a different package from WHM Panel by login in whm panel. i dont know how to connect that domain name with the created hosting package(s) in to upload web file in webserver ...what to do
Good question. No clue if they do any discounts or anything like that. My advice would be to not wait until the “best time” to jump in. Your stepping over dollars to save pennies. Get started TODAY.
@@BryceMatheson Ok, so you still charge $5/month? I'm just getting into this, but want to be reasonable. Going to be updating plugins and just doing slight items, adding a new product here and there for my clients.
@@quickfacts7939 Oh, sorry, no. I charge significantly more than that. For most of my clients, I charge a minimum of $35. I have some clients as high as $75.
@@jeremykoch3148 It's all about finding the right clients. I'm not interested in being a $5/month hosting company. It's not worth my time. So provide services that allow you to charge higher rates.
A lot of business owners that aren’t tech savvy whatsoever just want someone they can rely on to manage and maintain their website and makes sure it runs properly. Some are willing to pay $50-$200 a month depending on if it’s just a hosting service or if there’s more included in a maintenance package.

Just dropping by to say keep up the great work man! 💪🏼🍻
What was your first website for? Did you make the websites on Wordpress?
Fantastic info. Been researching passive income for the last 3 weeks from every possible angle. This is fascinating.

That is quite impressive. Leaves a lot of time to deal with the important things. Or stupid ones.
If web hosting is doing so well. Why aren't you focusing more on that instead of creating a course?
Who said I wasn’t? Can I not multitask?
@@BryceMatheson Nice. Sure

Good work!
Hey brotha, what do you do for terms of service for your web hosting business?
I wanted to buy your course, but it's too expensive for me as a college student.
What are the offers to be expected on black friday for a2hosting Bryce?

great video. tks. Good refresher as well.
You didn't have to do them dirty. PowWeb must have delt with you 😂😂😂
just saw your class wish it was 100 lol - thanks for the video ether way!
It's now free. Check out my Playlist.
Bryce can u tell me what did you use to build your first website?
Wordpress
Can I use google cloud to build web hosting business ?
You could, but I wouldn’t recommend it. You’ll save yourself a lot of headache by going with a company like A2: brycejmatheson.com/webhosting
Did you up the price and include maintenance since the $5?
I include maintenance in all my plans. I don't charge an additional fee or anything. But very few clients actually take me up on it, to be honest.

I have a server do you know any websites that want any servers.
Why would someone buy hosting from someone for 10-20$ when they can get better hosting and support from a reputed hosting company for a lot cheaper.

Do you not think is will be dead with the likes of square space getting bigger and bigger?
Not even slightly. Wordpress has a much bigger footprint than SquareSpace. Because it’s free.
@@BryceMatheson I love my Wordpress and A2
Do you need to open a company for all of this?
Depends on where you live. But here in the US, I’ve just set up an LLC and called it good.
will the course be one time payment?
Hi Tony. Yes, the course is a one time payment.
Nice Bryce
Please i need your contacts for consultation

Lol. Granted this was 10 years ago. But a whole lot of beans, rice, tortillas, and ramen noodles.
Don't forget the likely steady cheap alcohol diet lol
