What a simple and elegant self-care routine. I will keep it up until I achieve results! My face is tingling and warmed with a healthy glow. Thanks for sharing your expertise.
I really love this routine, but would you please consider doing a "Gua Sha only" intensive turkey neck routine exclusive for the for women over 50 - just using the Gua Sha? I love to "stack" your gua sha routine tutorials together as my morning routine. They been helping me immensely. My neck has been my only challenge. Thanks for what you do :)
I could feel this when we were finished. This will be a great addition to my morning routine. I already do your full face gua sha routine each day but my sagging lower face will enjoy this little bit of extra care! Thank you, Polina. ❤
Thank you Michelle 🌸you can definitely add these techniques into your existing routine 😊 thank you for choosing my gua sha videos for your daily massage ritual 😍🙏 Polina
Love this one polina. I’ve started doing this every morning now after applying my serum. One thing I have noticed. When I started doing gua sha on my neck, it felt uncomfortable and I wasn’t enjoying it even when just gliding down. I was only gliding gently. Now after about a week it’s sooooooooo much more comfortable I can’t believe it and I’m now really enjoying it. Do you think this was down to congestion? I caught a glimpse of myself in a reflection on a window yesterday and I couldn’t believe how nice the skin on my neck looked and much more toned. I am very happy. I have to say I am well into the gua sha now and use it daily on my face. I really think it’s improving the look of my face and it looks so much more relaxed. Honestly if anyone’s thinking about trying this one, it really does work!!! ❤
Thank you for your wonderful feedback Mandy about your experience with Gua Sha 🌸💆♀ I love using it too💟 it's definitely due to congestion and muscle tightness that you felt the discomfort in the neck and, cleverly, Gua Sha has helped to release it with regular and considerate use, so great result !🌷 I'm delighted to hear you're pleased with how your neck is looking with consistent Gua Sha usage !👏🏻🌸 fantastic result 💚
Fantastic 🌸💆♀ really pleased to hear it😀 thanks for your feedback 🌼

Thank you Polina! I love adding gua sha and face massage to my daily routine. It's not time-consuming and it really feels great! My question is, how should I find a facial oil? Is it different from a serum or a neck cream? I shop in the US, usually at Ulta. I like products that have multiple purposes, but I am happy to target a specific area too. Do you have recommendations?
Thank you for doing this practice and I'm glad that it's worked well for you 🌸💆♀Face oil is not a serum or a cream and in its own category, for face massage only use face oil as it allows slip and glide and doesn't pull or drag the skin like a serum or a cream might as they dry out far too quickly. Any face oil is good, go with the natural oils and find the one you enjoy the smell and texture of 💟
I just received my Gua Sha tools. I am so happy I found your channel! I will be doing this video daily; I would like to add a routine for my entire face. Would you recommend which one of your videos I should start with? Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us all.
I'm happy to hear you've got your Gua Sha ready and hopefully can now put it to good use !🌸💆♀ you can use any videos in my Gua Sha massage section, and alternate them to create a varied fun ritual for your self-care💟 let me know how you get on! 🌷
Thanks for your feedback 🌸 keep doing the Turkey neck lift and tone techniques and they will help with consistent approach and taking time for yourself 💚
Thanks for your feedback Karen, and delighted you enjoy using the Gua Sha, it's such a great tool. Would you like to see a routine for a specific part of the face, and which one? 🌸
Thank you so much! Just subscribed. I just got my Gua Sha. This was very relaxing. I really hate my turkey neck. I am almost 60 and I think my neck looks so bad compared to other women my age. Weird part of it is, I have no wrinkles. It's just my neck that is a mess. I hope this helps. I think chemo might have did this. Had breast cancer six years ago. That stuff is no joke. Anyway, can you recommend an oil for rosacea that won't break me out? Thank you again, will be doing this every day.
Thanks for subscribing Margaret 🌸💆♀ and lovely to have you as part of this global community of fellow Face Yogis! Gua Sha will definitely help with the turkey neck and general toning of the face muscles. Yes chemo unfortunately can play havoc with the skin...you're doing the right thing looking after your face and your skin now in the natural holistic way 🌷It's really hard to recommend oils, there's just so many and I don't know how your skin will react so best to do your own research for rosacea recommended oil and give some a try to see what is best. Hope this helps! 🌸
There are so many places where you can buy it, depending on your budget 😀 my favourite is from this site, which are made from beautiful natural stones 🌸 hayoumethod.com/?srsltid=AfmBOooMcrv-M4MBA_b2BioL6g6Tr5R__ZdGnZIKAhfJvfgcIub4U-zV Happy shopping !🌷
Thanks for your question🌸 Best types are sweet almond, jojoba, reship, avocado, evening primrose, sea buckthorn, hemp oil. Most of the time face oil will include a blend for specific age concern. If your skin is oily go for 'dry oils' such as hemp, safflower, moringa. Hope this helps!
Thanks for watching the videos 🌸 I have a gua sha video for whole face in the Massage/Gua Sha section, please have a look in there💆♀. When choosing gua sha, go for a natural stone like jade or rose quartz, there's so much choice on the internet 😀
Hi Saswati, if your gua sha is a different shape, you can use any side of it, to glide first under the line of the jaw, and then above the line of the jaw. the only advantage of the heart shape is it allows you to glide both on top and under the jawline at the same time, hope this helps. Polina
