One of the question says ''is there any period of time in the US which is not covered by the form DS-2019?'' I entered the US on the j1 visa just 1 day before the start date and exited 15 days after the end date on the DS-2019. So please should I answer ''Yes'' or ''No'' to that question?

We just filled and all civil documents and affidavit of supports form have been submitted and response from NVC is documentary qualified and we’re just waiting for a letter of appointment for the interview.
