This is the pinnacle. Normal phone screen that unfolds to a full actual tablet screen with a normal tablet aspect ratio. Can't wait for this tech to become accessible (and slightly more affordable) for us users.
so many people complaining right now in China about this phone model getting screen damages, several issues in the corners where the phone folds, plus several other issues that came along with this phone.... I think is smart on not going into such risky market.
No, that is a Chinese company that got into a disagreement with Huawei, so they are making endless videos trying to insult the trifold. But it’s not working because there are over 10 million people waiting for the trifold as we speak today. But it will cost you over $5000 to get in the USA.
The phone is a total joke, many users in China complain that the screen leaks not even from 1 day of use and some are already damage fresh out of the box. A repair for this phone is impossible at this time and the cost mentioned by Huawei is $1.1k for the screen. The chipset is a Kirin 9100 and the phone lacks the most basic functionality of being able to call without unfolding it to a mini tablet. Oh, and the design is copy from a rejected proof of concept by Samsung since t was found that the schematics were stolen and sold to Huawei by 9 people just recently. Final note, the scalping price in China for this has dropped more than 10 fold.
I so want this phone, but of course, it's banned here in the US. 😠 So, how can I get that paper triple folding version of the Huawei Mate XT that you showed in your video? I figure that is the closest I'll ever get to having one.
I'd just wait! Huawei's interface and design is really not made for use of apps outside of China / English, but it's only a matter of a year or so until other brands get on this
@@tech-ann You're right. Patience will be a virtue here. Hopefully Xiaomi and OnePlus will have their own versions as those brands isn't banned here. And hopefully they will be as gorgeous looking as the Huawei version as well.
@@tech-ann there are already people who has loaded whatapp and youtube etc into the XT. I actually prefer chinese phone because most chinese phone has international profile, most non-china brand even samsung however do not have asian profile. like I have 2 date system showing on my lock screen for both solar and lunar calendar. this make it easy for me to track asian holiday that follow lunar cycle. try doing that on an iphone without an external app.

I heard Apple is upping the folding game in china with an Origami iPhone
I want one of these pronto .😅
Wow!
Huawei completely slaying 💀 good going
A simple google will make your argument useless
Which argument are you talking about?
Gbox has left the chat..

iphone 27 will have this feature
You mean double folding phone?
That folds 3 screens.
AI already in 2y old phones but not in iPhones & later just limited to those with more RAM (compressing RAM is not intelligent for AI apps)
Apple 🍎 is late to the folding game 😅😅😅
Can it last as long as Apple? After 6 years, my 2 samsung go dead. On the hand my Apple is running fine entering 10 years.
I cannot believe the whole buzz over this thing.
You guys are behind the times. The phone is a bust, massive screen bleeds, it's a piece of junk,
Enjoy your fantasy while I laugh at you 😄
Its crap
Dumbest phone 2024, tri fold with outdated chip sell for $3000usd, zero preserve value, zero cp value, probably worth only $300usd half year later😂
Dafuq, what makes you think there will be zero preserve value when they are placing it as the most exclusive phone available
@@richardly1543 because it's a foldable phone with old chip, which huawei phone got high preserve value? Just tell me
Just admit that you can't afford it and try not to be sour grape over it!
@@furus3928what "preserve" value? Its not even sold in the US?? Are you saying SAMSUNG Foldables have resale value? Haha .NO . 🎉😂
@@rogerfaint499 lol, it's $3000 not $3000000
