Thank you, Tara. Life has become a bit more complete. Following your techniques, I've been regaining functionality and along with it the confidence to stretch some boundaries in my exercise routines (see below). It's the new normal, and happy to say it's been spilling over into other areas. Just finished rebuilding and putting my recumbent trike back on the road, all tricked out with multicolored LED lights. It's been sitting with three flat tires, unattended in a back room for two and a half years. Psychologically, it's been wonderful to be back on the road. Balance and left-sided spasticity continue to improve. Definitely can see the shoulder and arm work paying off.

Thanks for the video. I like that you include exercises for a range of levels. I’m working on adding some of these exercises into my routine, but those last couple might take me a while to get to. 😅

Thanks for the new explanations after the last video on the topic of stability, I am becoming an expert and helping others with the same problems. I have progressed, but I still need to get better. A more challenging test is to put on pants and socks while standing. Have a nice week.

The AFO prevents the ankle from moving in much of any way, so Dr. T, when using that lateral wedge, still wear the AFO?

I have Charcot Marie tooth type 1a and I'm just beginning to get foot drop, balance problems and lower leg atrophy. Would these types of exercises help me because my issue is due to peripheral neuropathy no brain or spinal cord issues.

Thanks for watching and for this question! CMT has many of the same "movement problems", so generally speaking exercises on this channel would be beneficial. With said, there are other considerations to think about as far as achieving better movement and reducing the risk of falling. I will make a video on this. :) (specific for CMT) stay tuned :)
