This lady literally is not an expert at all. She barely knows any movies. Her comparison to A-list actors when Amber is a B-list at best is just laughable. Their mistake is not underestimating Johnny and his lawyers. Their mistake is that they didn't jus do their job and leave it alone. They took Scamber's side. If they had just come to the trial and said "This is what I found. You can take it or leave it. It shows this on Scamber's side and this on Johnny's side", they would at least keep their dignity. Now they've destroyed themselves because they seem insolvent. You have to be extra careful when you want to make a professional name and reinforce your career at a viral celebrity trial.

I have a psych degree and even in my first year stats class they repeatedly told us that correlation does not imply causation. They said it was important that we understood this because it is important to know that fact when interpreting the results of a psychological study. This woman is a complete embarrassment to the field of psychology.
Absolutely. I have a undergrad in Psych and it is the first thing they drill into you. A good example is Mars getting hotter correlates with the earth getting hotter (this is actually happening right now). Mars getting hotter is probably not causing the earth to heat up. It's actually probably the sun causing it. Another example is if I get a cat and my dog ends up pregnant. It isn't the cat. They correlate, but one did not cause the other. This is basic statistics and psychology. It's unbelievable she is trying to use causation and correlation as if they are interchangeable.
I was in math major and I will always remember the graphic representation of correlation between "Total number of movies with Nicolas Cage" and "Average number of suicides worldwide per year" and professor saying sarcastically "please, for the love of God, stop that man before it is too late"

What I don’t get is how the mainstream media can say “This trial hurts other DV victims from coming forward out of fear of being accused of defamation.” I have seen this sentence in so many places. But they ignore that she’s lying through the skin of her teeth. They ignore that the victim is most likely Depp. I have personally talked to DV victims who say Heard’s behaviour in court hurts their chances of being believed more than the actual suit by Depp. But the clear disgust towards a man being the victim is so prevalently visible.

I think the strategy here is to bait the "What if Any" Lawyer to overcorrect in re-direct as she always does and make them waste time. Also, the woman trying to accuse Johnny's lawsuits as being the cause of Amber's loss of work is WRONG. Amber was the one who started this show, she is the one who put herself in the limelight. This woman refers to Johnny's lawsuits as being the triggering event, the first tree to catch fire and burn down the forest-- however, it was AMBER herself who caused the instigating event when she accused Johhny of abuse.
