    Hi I used to work for a company back in the 90’s and we did scented seeds, we bought recycled elvax resin beads in bulk and then in buckets added fragrance and colour, we used to weight about 45g in netting and tie with ribbon and we used to sell so many retailed at 99p. We sold in cone bags and in per kilo as an alternative to a pot pourri, the organza bags are so much easier such a good idea

    Oh so this is what it's really called. Here in the Philippines kids call it "kisses". Kiddie Legend says that once they keep them on little matchboxes with baby powder and cotton it'll "give birth" to new "kisses" LOL. Some kids even claimed that they actually seen one gave birth. 😂
    What a fun childhood. 😂🤦🏽‍♀️

    They look cool.

    • @BudgetWithMe247

      There’s lots of places you can buy them from. Yes I guess they are a bit plastic looking and feel.. a bit like beads in a beanbag.. I got them from fbook. Just look up aroma beads. If not try scentymental.co.uk but these are expensive. They work out about £18 for 1kg 😢

    When it’s real hot out, the fragrance doesn’t drip? You never have any kind of mess?

      @BudgetWithMe247  ปีที่แล้ว

      no we've had 30 degrees in the car and never made a mess, and even if you made these in solid form (baked in the oven they don't drip just stick together so not mess at all )

      No I don’t think. Well I’ve not heard of the method you are talking about, but these remain the same size weather baked or mixed like the video. So I wouldn’t like to say. There are some water beads that multiply in water- that’s probably about as much as I know sorry x

    • @BudgetWithMe247
      @BudgetWithMe247  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      They are actually made of plastic, which is very good for holding liquids. Which hence makes good scents, and they do retain the smell for ages and ages.. I still have one going in my car from last year. I’m not sure of the exact Ingredient of it, as I’ve poured them into a tub and removed the packaging but it’s definitely plastic. Hope that helps x

    • @BudgetWithMe247
      @BudgetWithMe247  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Measurement of what ? Ingredients. Me personally I use 100g of beads to 2/3 g of fragrance. Max so if making less half of or more double it. Some people use upto 25% oil but that way to much and takes ages to dry out and it’s too strong. Depends where your putting it. Cars I’d say 2/3% x
