I am so happy to have found this site! I've been looking for a plus size style hacks site for a long time, and now I've found it. I joined, and will continue to watch, with much interest.
I'm built a lot like you and you have done a gorgeous job of creating great proportions and showing off your waist, which looks amazing. Great examples shown. You are a plus size girl who knows how to look as good as the straight sizes! Love your style.
Your very Astra tube and spot on with advice. If you always go for an hour glass so if your shoulders are narrower than your hips wear Amazon shoulder pads for definition, if your hips are narrower then go for something that gives the illusion of broadness to match shoulders 🎉 enjoys
Soooo needed this! My postpartum body is apple shaped and I’m always trying to find ways to compliment this new body. I’ve always had a bit of a tummy with wider shoulders so learning how to slim my look down is amazing! Thank you!💖
Awesome video! Watched a second time already because I wanted to take notes. I found this so helpful and informative. I'm excited to put these points into practice. Really enjoy your channel. Amazing fashion content.
I love your video, thanks! I’m getting married soon and am looking for the ways I can flatter my 5’3” height and size 12 body. I am having a casual beach wedding, so what in your opinion should I be asking my dress maker? Thank you!
Hi! I congrats on your wedding! I think it really depends on your body shape in terms of what type of dress will look the best. If your body shape is similar to mine, I would look for something that defines my waist but isn’t too tight around my lower tummy. Possibly some fabric that gathers to help hide lower stomach, but also still defined my waist. I would also be looking for some thing that narrows out my shoulders and doesn’t make me too broad. Hope this helps 😊
I'm short with a very curved bottom, but narrow shoulders. You could wear tops that widen you at your shoulders, like a puffed sleeve or a frill that sticks out, or with subtle shoulder pads. That would balance your mid section. It would probably look better with your height, as well, than it does with mine. Also, everything she said about rouched waists, belts, wrap waists, twist knot waists to give definition and flatter your belly. Because you're otherwise slim with longer legs, you could highlight them. Lastly, V necks (like in the picture with the white shirt) are really flattering. High neck tops tend to go with very straight clothes that don't skim or give curvy definition to tummies, so you might want to avoid them, even though they're usually nice on tall women.
I bet both these ladies are absolutely gorgeous 😍something I learned was some things actually DO look better on you then on the hangers🤣🤣🤣don’t be afraid to go out of your comfort zone a bit!❤❤❤
Empire waist belts are a better cut off point. Mid-waist belts looks like Santa belly. Also, ruching down dress front or long front ruffle creates a smaller waist appearance.
Naturalwitch1359, these videos are to help plus size women with style... It's not a weight loss workshop. We love who we are. We just want to add complementary style to our appearance. As do all women, regardless of weight. Some of us are bigger in different areas than others, so clothing styles can bring out the areas that we want to insinuate and vice versa. Ty, for your advice. I am here to be uplifted as a plus size women and to get clothing advice, not dietary OPINIONS.
You have a great sense of style, you really how to make the most of your figure. It is nice to see someone plus size who gives out good advice.

I’m tall, no butt. Big midsection, narrow shoulders… I literally can’t dress myself everything looks awful on me. Please help me.

Great tips Lulu!
Thank you so much!
No to the half tuck. It’s weird.
That’s why fashion is individualized. Only do what you love 😊
I was actually thinking a waistcoat might look good over that shirt.
I think a partial tuck is cute & stylish
And sloppy.
Looks alright actually. Maybe cause the shirt is abit long it looked weird to you.
I need to find a good bra. What brand and type are you wearing? It looks great under your top and seems to have clean sides and good lift.
It’s one from lane Bryant, but it’s so old and they don’t sell it anymore 😞
Really informative video! Thank you! You are gorgeous!
You are so welcome!
