Thank you. I often times find myself getting frustrated and rushing a job. I love your advice and will learn to put a hault on things when my direction heads south.
This is great! Thank you. I have a 1936 Buick Special (thin tire) where my valve stems rubbed on the rim and wore a hole in the tube. Should these Tube Rim Hole Valve Stem Bushing work with that too? I know about the tube rubber protector inside the rim. I have tire spoons and a valve too similar to yours. Thank you.
@@AlsGarageRestorations Thank you. It was not until I saw your video about tubes I did not know about these valve protectors. As follow up....I'm done with all four tire tube and yes, those valve protectors worked great!! I hope this comment helps someone out.
A new 970-DLX would be a game changer - that would be great for wheels, grill, fenders, etc. Great suggestion - not sure if it'd fit in Santa's sleigh though - he may have to ship!

Yes those should work fine for your application as well. Most of those valve stem holes for all those vintage rims are about the same size. Good luck!

I sandblasted my rims. Sometimes, being OCD is advantageous!
Good job 👏 👍
Thanks!
Tell Santa you want a sand blast cabinet...it will be one of your most used shop tools! Maybe TIP will give you a discount for a review?

Can you tell me what model your spray gun is? Thanks in advance and nice work.
The gun I used for this project is a Graco-Sharpe FX3000 with a 1.4 tip. I bought it on Amazon and it was a good price for a good all around gun.
You put the tube and flap in the tire first
Nothing wrong with combat rims there not split rims
