So here is my two cents summed up:
1. If you are gonna ban me for being in a rathole..... Why not ban all ratholes? Because most have access to the mesh. Then people would at least know that building in one is not allowed.
2. I understand coincidence's, but someone taking a stego and meshing it 1:19 in the video, and blowing up my stuff from inside the mesh, and the only thing I could see was its foot...... then I get dev wiped the next day..... Sounds at least a little off.
3. The fact that it was a global ban with no warning.... Thats not reasonable for the "offense" of building there. Not when you have people live streaming on twitch how they cheat in the game ranging from Aimbot, duping, DDOS, etc.....
4. I love this game, and I will keep playing. Most likely on unofficial servers because official I am obviously not allowed to play any more.
5. Thank you for all of the support and other stories on what has also happened to all of you. You guys really are awesome, and make me smile.
Prob a salty player that could not raid you so he submitted a ticket. I swear this 90% of the time a base gets raided in this game it's by meshing/hacking/dev wipe/global ban.😢
on evolved i got banned on official forum for reporting a bug on xbox that deletes ur local host progress xD
I only play unofficial PvE and have since we got hard core screwed on ASE server 88 in 2015, so it's been a hot minute. I will never play official, way too much BS that shouldn't happen. Sorry this happened to ya, it's next level messed up.

I don't even understand half of the language that's being used because I'm not interested in exploits. And I am a single player who occasionally considers the idea of exploring the servers but what you're describing sounds terrifying and definitely would be disheartening. I mean it's quite possible from what I'm seeing of what you're describing that somebody could stumble into that situation and not even understand that it could be perceived as an exploit. And that just leaves you with a bad taste in your mouth for all of the animosity that could be held toward you buy those who created such a wonderful sandbox for all of us. Kind of like a rockstar who cusses out his fans. Seems very degrading
ratholes and meshing wouldnt be an issue if they fixed the parts of the map with them.

Rat holes are easy raids so it don't even make sense that they did this.

I'm sorry, but if the devs don't like Rat holes and meshing then they should fix the holes in the map? I think it's ridiculous to ban people over their own incomitance. I would say this is on the same level of T tribe if the devs are the ones going around looking at rat holes to raid and deeming it unfair when they can't raid it with one steggo. I don't play PvP, I don't play on official, and even I can see that this is so ridiculous.

dude this is why i play solo i would have love to have severs capable enough where you would not rubber band back every step you took or the issues that they left on the center map where dinos would over spawn in the caves and littierly they would case the whole game

Makes me want to quit official.....Here is what we know about official, they find it non profitable. They actually preferred we all played on unofficial and pay for server's...WC has truly gone down hill.
This just proves it, they’re the mega tribes wiping every one on official to force us to pay for servers.i couldn’t return the POs game, but I left a 1star with a bad review and quite playing. They also make the free servers suck. I won’t support wild card ever again.
What's crazy is they have devs selling dinos on official and duplication glitches then they fix it and make another to sell. I know this because my tribe buys from a dev. This has been going on since evolved. There is a whole black market on official servers.
@@TravisTheSavageI bought from them on evolved, they have people sell for them also, there is entire servers EU from what I saw, that are dedicated to selling Dino’s. I bought shadowmanes, rexes max stats possible, I got the PayPal receipts also idc I don’t play official anymore so don’t care.

Yeah, if they banned everyone for rat holes, that's one thing. However, I thought rat holes were on purpose as a Bob. I had no idea they were glitches. I thought they were like mini caves and it was fun to find.
I would be fine with it if ratholes were banned..... but they are not

Ark is dead if wc bans everyone on ark
I quit Ark in 2018 because it had too many problems and I wanted to wait until it got better.
So now, that I heard of this „overworked“ version of Ark I came back.
And wtf is going on, because most of the things that made me quit are worse than before.
To show that I am not exaggerating I will list a few examples. (I play Singleplayer)
-Crashes: even so the performance of the game actually got better and I can smoothly play at 60fps now, I get much more crashes then years ago. When loading my world, the game crashes more than 50% of the time. Sometimes I spent 20 minutes restarting the game until I finally get to play. (For people having this problem too, it helps to set the game to 5fps when loading the map and changing it back afterwards, but that not completely fixes crashing.)
And even worse than crashing, Ark caused my pc to bluescreen a few times. No, it’s not my hardware because I closely monitored my pc afterwards when playing and bluescreened again. I even bluescreened once when starting the game. This is something that definitely shouldn’t happen and didn’t happen 6 years ago either.
-Caves in SinglePlayer:
In 2018 I had to spawn in artifacts because they wouldn’t correctly spawn in singleplayer. In ASA it happened that I entered a cave and every cave creature just falls through the map. At least I haven’t noticed problems with artifacts yet.
-Dino Spawn in SinglePlayer: this is also a very old bug. Basically it happens that specific Dino’s don’t respawn or Dino’s don’t spawn in some Areas.
Additionally, I am at day 33 (ingame) on the Island, and I have literally not found a single Rex yet. (Yes, I tried DestroyWildDinos)
-Falling through the map: A few times after dying my bag was under the map or a creature got stuck under the map after taming. Also a bug that got never fixed.
Also when leaving and reentering caves tamed Dino’s left in the cave can fall through the map.
-Resources not respawning: This bug annoys me the most because it is such a simple bug which should be not that hard to fix and is there since the beginning of the game and never got fixed.
Basically if you destroy e.g. a metal note and log of before it respawns, the node will be gone forever.
In 2018 you could at least easily force the notes to respawn with some admin things, but not even that works that well anymore.
And then there are also all these things that are not bugs, but are still horrible.
E.G. the extremely tall grass and all these new cliffs on the Island make it insufferable to use land Dino’s or go on foot.
Basically I waited six years hoping the game would be better someday, just to realize it actually got worse.
ark has been shit ever since tek tier came out. And only got worse and worse each expansion and due to wildcards retardedness to fix their game. Def not buying ark 2 and sure as hell wont buy ASA as that game is a pure scam. Just more buggy unoptimized than ASE.
How do you change the load in fps I have a huge issue with gps in my private cluster I run on my mini pc and I have gigabit with a good upload
Also some of the trophies are bugged and spawn commands aren’t working anymore ever since they made it where using any commands disables trophies some have been completely bugged I did the beta ascend trophy legit and master zoologist but both are locked

Ark enforcement team is an absolute joke. i made a video on this channel after we got unfairly banned explaining the situation, and the mistake the dev made. they fixed every aspect of the ticket but still didnt unban us. maybe ur a big enough creator to get unbanned. but when they make mistakes they dont fix them.
They are not gonna admit they are wrong. They have never admitted being wrong.

I used to love this game, played thousands of hours but the scumbag actions of the company ruined it for me.
I've known legit meshers, dupers, glitchers, people built in legit mesh, etc and they still never got banned. This is complete bullshit. Oh and there was plenty of evidence against them doing those things too

I'll never figure out why people play on official. Its long been proven that the devs and their friends cheat on official PvP. Its not even something they try to deny.
I never knew-only started playing a few months ago. This kind of nonsense is what I would expect to ahve to sort thru on unofficial. Now that I know-not sure I'm willing to continue. Continueing is tacitly approving of such conduct.

They ruined Ark when they came out with ASA. I feel like it was just a money grab. Then having to pay to tame a dino is absolutely ridiculous. If they would've came out with Ark 2 like they promised I'd still be a fan.
Same thing happened to us on ASE except we didn’t even build in the rathole, atribe we were allied with did. Entire alliance was dev wiped and globally banned. All happened after the Chinese alpha tribe tried to get in there, died, then demanded the allied tribe remove their turrets. Next day 3 tribes, all members dev wiped and banned. When contacted support to find out why, tickets auto closed. After submitting 3 tickets to appeal the ban and ask for a reason, support responded to say this happened to far in the past and they had a policy of not investigating (was 3 weeks of me submitting tickets with no response). Worst support of any game in the history of games.
May be because u have been putting wildcard on fire with their bs and shenanigans and they just found u on official and the rathole give them the green light to mess with u

@@TeachersGameTooyour issue is poor team management, how is it fair my tribe dedicates a lot of their free time to building up yet you get to live care free in a rat hole? Select tribe members who can cover your offline timer, 1 guy is usually enough to defend most attacks.

I think you’re held to a higher standard than most, and anything mesh is the golden ticket to getting banned, more so for you than others because of your following. I hope the devs let you back in and you publicity denounce anything to do with mesh rat holes instead of building a base in one, no matter how small. good luck to you my friend.
Go get a refund. This type of dev behavior isnt acceptable and the only way they'll learn is when their boss starts letting them go because their losing money.

Been there. I was banned for building in a rathole on the island back in January. Your ban is probably 30 days. I thought I was banned forever, but a month later I randomly tried and was able to get in, and went on to live on scorched for several months after that. Not in a rathole that time!

@@MRJIGSAW1994 can confirm. I was a solo breeder/trader and worked with chaos hyperion couple other big groups.
People would say devs play the game and flip dinos like other people for out of game currency. So they dont actually do anything to prevent it. Otherwise there would be regular official wipes and actual balancing.

Mesh is mesh. Everyone should know that it’s possible to get wiped if you build in a mesh rat hole. But a ban for this is a bit too much

We were built in this hole on official, dev put signs in our base telling us to leave and we didn’t get banned. However, I think you are underestimating how big that mesh hole is, you can keep flying up there and it expands very far, you can also just fly straight out of the mesh onto the surface

The devs of Ark have always been fishy. This is why I've always played offline. I can play the game how I want, and build how I want. That's the main focus of any sandbox type of game. Survival or not. I hope they come to their senses, but if not, play unofficial, it's more fun anyways
Even if the rat hole was "illegal" the ban is a bit extreme. The way I think it should have been dealt with was fixing the access to the rat hole with a warning that even if you weren't using the glitch, the mesh hole could have been exploted.
They have very specifically said if you mesh, you will be banned. Your fix for it , was showing 20 other mesh access points. Not so bright lol
video is 99.99% speculation and conspiracy theory - the only accurate thing said is that there are alot of ratholes (some of which, not most - allow mesh access) and they need fixed. Has no idea who tried to raid him, and with zero proof of anything, starts claiming it was devs and he was specifically targeted? and then wiped and banned because devs couldnt raid the location? and devs have invite only servers and sell tames on facebook? actual proof of any of it? there is alot about Ark i dont like, and ive suffered through all the trials and tribulations like everyone else over my 14k hours, but to throw the devs under the bus like this, stating multiple times its "a dev" without one single shred of actual proof of any of it is just wrong. Btw, the last major update was like 8/1 and im pretty sure any map change would require a major update...so when would this hole have gotten "fixed"? i could be wrong but the video gave me the impression that all this happened recently, like in the last 24-48 hours.
One reasonable scenario would be that some rogue player knowing who you are just wanted to cause problems and demotivate you to continue on official small tribes, complaining to some developer that someone impersonating TGT had built in an unraidable rathole connected to the mesh. I've accidentally found a mesh hole but since I've never tried to cheat I almost didn't realize it was one. I didn't build in it but could have. So you almost need to be a cheater (mesher) to know how to avoid meshing. Just playing the game in good faith is not enough considering it's incompleteness. A warning and limited time to transfer your stuff would therefore be a more suitable consequence, if any. And that the developers complete their game sufficiently.
Depending on what you got and if you have a life lol they should give you a week to move

@@carsonnpowell9194 Because you die from antimesh and have to restart? One absurd thing I noticed was that it's almost impossible to die from antimesh inside the mesh and when you enter through the mesh hole. When you die from antimesh it's usually when you're just playing the game normally and not trying to mesh. You'd hope it was the other way around. Inside the mesh you could travel basically anywhere, even extremely far outside the actual map.
the devs banning tribes over lost raids has been a thing for a while.
My instinct says that the Dev who attacked you is probably the Dev that got you booted and it most likely is because they are jealous of you and your successful TH-cam channel
This is so unfair indeed - I have been banned by Ark enforcement team for actually submitting a support ticket - Now, while I can still access the official network, I can no longer raise any support tickets. They have been unable to tell me why as well.
I think your biggest problem was playing official. How dare you play on official and try to have a fair time.
I’ve seen people build in ratholes in general, and usually I’ve always heard they are given a warning and a certain amount of time to move base spots, it’s pretty clear some unfairness played a part, sorry man hope you feel better later man

I was really pumped to play it when it came on gamepass thinking it was gonna be a better version, didn’t buy before because I know what WC are like, so glad I didn’t. Ascended takes the cake for biggest load of shit in gaming

@@unclientrandom5371 so was the original game. It didn’t need a remake just to have all the same issues it’s always had. Pretty sleazy imo. Evolved is still a great game, plus all of the cheaters have moved to Ascended.
The problem is despite its issues people love Ark. They like the game has so much to do. Farming building taming breeding plus colours however I tend to find some people are to competitive and show off.. they take over the game..

I love how the anti mesh system kills u when your not meshing like landing on the wrong spot on volcano and i got anti meshed near green on island for being to close to the wall but somehow people can still access huge mesh holes

@@Joe-id2zc this has happened before where tribes that are either friends are does have some dev memeber playing with them getting free items and also admin abusing to roll back server or mass ban players.
edit: also tickets don't get reviewed in 24 hours or what ever was said in the video it takes more than a week if you are lucky.

I got banned the same way on ASE back in the days when Genesis 2 dropped.
I built in a rathole that had a little hole where you could go in the mesh and die instantly.
I submitted a ticket asking for unban but they said that since my rathole had access to the mesh it was considered exploiting.
I tried official one time, ran around the whole map just trying to find somewhere that wasn't covered in pillars to build, finally found a spot to set down a few foundations just to be wiped out before i got started. Online games are trash now, way too many hacks and cheats.

We just had an incident happen.
1- Tribemate did say something that's classed as racist.
2- the big streamer(ark partner) clipped it and my tribemate got banned in less than 12hrs.
3- this streamer was caged by us.
He was in our box outside the caves. He was still live and Said wanna see a trick. He was looking around and the all of a sudden he broke out of his hand cuffs and had c4 etc on him.
Now this can only be done by having a duped character(against tos), you load that one up with c4 etc. Transfer to same server you're caged on and when it says would you like to dl and overwrite. You click no.
Your inventory transfers onto your caged character.
This is stated as being against tos. We used his own clip of him doing this to send in tickets.. 2 days goes by and he streams. Still on that character and nothing came of it
Ark devs definitely play favorites and don't ban cheaters even when there is proof. We've clipped chinese aim botters/esp users and they NEVER get banned..
My tribemate deserved his ban. But this streamer also deserved to be banned too.. but of course nothing happens to him.
Screw Ark Ascended. Im still on evolved on a cluster with awesome people. Not getting my money for sure. They dont realize who they just messed with. You are a main influencer for this crappy redo of the game. On top of all this Its thier job to patch those. They cant even put the rocks on the ground properly.
GG had a fob built in this rathole on Fellas center server not sure if they were dev'd out of it or not... but honestly it is broken with current cryopod changes its unraidable!

Before ASA i told you guys to STOP supporting the moneygrabbers of ARK, Why people are so stuppid to buy the same game that you have played for years and have helped to debug the game for the defs??? Then they tyry to lure you people for ARK2 with Vin Diesel, now ark2 got to expensive and they had to get the money from somewhere. I stopped playing ARK after 7k hours till the last minute we could play and they switched to ASA.
the ark fans and pvp survival fanbase in general are very gullable. They dont care about what state, how broken, how far cheating and glitching is abused, or how the developers treat their playerbase as long as they are able to grief people in pvp and once all the player scale players leave the toxic mega groups move onto the next game to ruin. Its no wonder why Rust is the only succesful and polished pvp survival game since that game gives small groups and solo players a fighting chance in pvp.

Wildcard allow snail games to have these snail games official servers, Ban people because snail gets raided or is about to be raided. They also allow snail to sell dino's.

Still snail games is the larger scumbag. They are predatory, shady and not above cheating. Wildcard has resisted them to an extent. Snail games wanted to make extremely pay to win. With tons of real money in game items. Much worse that this new paid DLC.
Snail wanted WC to add an item to the game that was a real money raid shield. So you paid cash or bought an item that blocked raids on your base for a time.

Played ark now well pretty much since it came out, over 100 days in ASE and probably 30 in ASA, played in rat holes on official plenty of times and never had an issue. you're one hundred percent being targeted for being a heavy influencer on the game and showing how they have consistently failed to fix their game for ten years

I built on PVE in a completely pillared area in one place where I could find a green spot and my entire build was deleted and my character killed with no message or warning but I wasn’t banned. But there was no evidence a dev was ever there. The person said they reported me but I tried to submit a ticket and it said they didn’t have support and would update me when they did. This JUST happened a day ago. And the person who reported me whose pillars it was is supposedly friends with someone who works at WC. I think something shady is going on.
We battled a tribe for days had hours of video proof they crashed every time we dropped a wall or won a push. After wc auto closed several tickets we finally got a were investigating reply. It's been weeks and crickets. The server was days behind because of it. We got wiped a few days later so we all quit until wc gets their crap together.
Teach I’m not going to get into all the dev issues we’ve all experienced or heard about. Instead I just want to say thankyou for everything that you have done for the game over the years. Nublets and yourself taught me so many things over the years as my go to streams for everything ARK. You’ve promoted the game and expanded its fan base more than you could ever image. Got so much more to say but don’t want to leave a novel. Thanks for all the memories of trying new techniques and diff styles of play. Been thinking about starting a petition about this. And my new dream now it to get 100,000 signatures and submit it to wildcard.

It says in code of conduct that if you KNOW of an exploit not just use it and don't report it you can and will be banned. You knowingly broke code of conduct and intentionally meshed or admittedly know others who were exploiting and meshing and just said that's what you were doing. You are listing and know all the mesh spots. If you didn't report them and built NEAR You deserved being banned. It's possible you weren't doing to run and hide in the mesh. But imagine if they asked everyone "hey did you know this was against the code of conduct? Oh honest mistake? I trust you"

Honestly its beyond stupid how these "rat hole" mesh spots still arent fixed. If the devs have a problem with it fucking fix it instead of taking it out on the player. Sure he didnt straight glitch under the mesh but ya people can unintentionally mesh. and not even a warning to take down.

Maybe the devs should do their fucking job and fix the game instead of banning players. This is the most Wildcard non-solution ever. In a game where you can block supply drops/obelisks to prevent people from leaving your server/doing bosses (an ESSENTIAL part of the game), it’s unreal that they’d perma ban for that
I’ve recently been watching a lot of kurtis and his official ASE wipes and it baffles me that you can get banned for a dog sh*t reason and there are people in his videos that have been cheating and aren’t getting banned. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Obviously not Kurtis himself but some of the people that he runs into and has seen them before and they won’t get banned.
Well honestly teach how many gamers have been banned from games for showing exploits that break the game.
In a rathole as a single player you can hold the entire server back for days or even weeks if you are well stocked.
I don’t think the game was intended to be played this way and it is supposed to require skill not have a hole that makes you invincible to a server.
Also I was part of a raid against a single rat hole player we where 15 strong and it lasted 4 days and we had to give up and we had 2 strictly breeding to keep the war effort going but we where losing Dino’s faster then we could breed them.

That’s a bad sign about the devs. Everyone knows the stuff they get up to. If they thought the base was too op, they should’ve removed it and told you they were changing or removing it. They wanted that spot for themselves

This is why my INFJ self never played on "official" servers. The thought I would have to glitch the map to build a base to be safe is the antithesis of fun for me.
I feel your pain, same thing happened to me a couple weeks ago on small tribes in a redwoods rathole after living there for a month. No warning, whole tribe globally banned, told to pound sand in the appeals. It's really disheartening and crazy that players need to decide what's an acceptable build area and if they get it wrong lose 100% of their progress. Why should we be responsible to decipher the intent of the map developers?
Like how can there be so many Hackers on official and the dont get Banned but this gets just so sad the state of the game and spacially the devs
They're literally hurting themselves even more in addition to they're stonk prices being crippled. My guess is wild card and snail games doesn't have much longer.

I am in shock that you played official even more so that you got globally banned and I am truly sorry you all got punished for someone else's doing. Hope they fix that sooner rather than later
I mean i think it has been common knowledge in ark that if your rathole has a entrance to mesh or one sided layering its not gonna be allowed on official...
that being said, doesnt excuse the fact that people will build in there bc it is safe and should be asked to move & then only dev wiped after if they havent moved
Agree with you to 100% If an employee does this reading, I would ask you to let the community know in advance or there are other options such as simply fixing it, but the perma ban is already very excessive.
