Is the box water tight? or water seal? I would need something that seal it.

if you are installing it outside the vehicle you would need to use potting material or something similar to weatherproof it after wiring it up. we have plans to carry some units pre-potted in the future but not at the moment

Can I use only one box for the front entirely and one for the back leds ?

Yup. You can even use one box to control both front and back because it supports dual parking light functions
