Reallyyy appreciate this!!! The recipe worked and its the first time my beefballs actually tasted like BEEF BALLS instead of having them disintegrated, too soft and mushy
What an awesome tutorial recipe, it,s going to be one off my go-to snack meals from now on since they can be frozen . Thank you so much.
Your techniques are awesome! I learned a lot! Should have tried your recipe than another one I saw on TH-cam, I think I broke my processor for blendering my half frozen ground beef as suggested.... will try yours for sure. Thank you Madame Morgana.

Thanks! I follow your recipe and it came out great! Not as smooth as yours because my food processor is not that good, but it's still chewy enough to be delicious!
Super!
Did she say she put it in the freezer or fridge? And did she slow cook the meet balls?
Excellent! Shared 😋🍜
Thank you so much for sharing 😊❤
Thank You
Thank you these were delicious and turned out great even with 1/4 of the fish sauce. (My husband isn’t a fan) However please warn people this creates a huge mess in the food processor which is difficult to clean! Any tips on cleaning off the meat paste? I used a bottle brush, a bamboo skewer, and soapy water. Then dishwasher. Mahalo!
Will try yours, I tried many time from other sources, the results were not good. Thank you for sharing.
Merci Morgane 👏🏼

Oh yessssssssss
Please could I clarify, after turning beef pasty, put it covered in FREEZER or chiller?
If it is Freezer, when it is taken out after ONE HOUR, it would be too hard to form into balls, no?
I think u mean put it in CHILLER.
Thank you.

Hi ! Can I use tapioca starch instead of corn starch ? What are the difference between them? Thanks ?
Hi Ly, yes you can use tapioca starch instead of corn starch. The two starches are very similar. Cornstarch gives a slightly firmer texture.
Hi Morgane. Thank you for this video. May I ask which food processor did you use in the video? I have been looking for to buy the right processor to make the meatballs but still can’t decide which one is the right kind. Please share with me. Thank you!! ☺️☺️
Hello, is there a substitute for fish sauce ? Can I use plain cold water instead ?
after rounding the ball, you put it in the pot which has hot water 70C and let it cook for 10 mins? Did u put ur pot on the stove and turn the heat on or not?
Hi, tell me, please. Are there any differences in the recipe for making balls not from beef, like yours, but from fish, shrimp or chicken? I remember that in Thailand such balls are made from anything.
You can make them from fish it 's call fish cake or you can mix fish and shrim. They really good
