thank you for this guide since I was craving meatballs, I also tried this with ground pork for the first time and I added a bit of beef boullion powder besides chicken powder to make it tasty.
My Pho loving son loves this recipe and I love that I don’t have to order pho weekly! Haha; thank you! I would love to try the sauce you refer to at the beginning of your video for the deep fried beef balls. Have you made a video for that? Thanks! 💚
Thank you. I'm going to try this. The other recipes showed beating the meat with a KitchenAid but I don't have one. I have a food processor so thank you.
Awesome video, at 4:55 you grabbed too much haha, the balls looked huge. I saw a video of another women doing similar and she said big balls dont cook as well as small balls, i dont know if true or not.
I usually don’t like these in pho restaurants. They tend to have flavors I associate with tasting “dirty”, and the texture is too springy and firm. I think I’ll try this recipe to see if homemade fixes it.
Very sad. I would rate my meatball a 1 out of 10. I don’t know what went wrong. Is there anyone here successfully copying this recipe? I’m tired of buying store meatball. So I’m very much looking to learn how to make a delicious beef meatball similar to the store bought. Thank you.

❤❤❤🎉🎉thanks
can I ask you exactly what's kind of Ninja you are using. thanks
Would lean ground pork give the same result - bouncy?
glad I watched with sound I would have been so confused cause the video said pork
Without Eggwhite?
why my meatball is very soft and not bouncy?
But wait - how to make the special sauce??

Texture is supposed to be springy and firm.
@ Thanks. I never did get around to making these though I’d still like to.
