Thanks Rick, another perfect lesson on how to set up and use a tech product. For my money, you are a born teacher and definitely one of, if not THE best on TH-cam. Also, I received these goggles yesterday and couldn't figure out how to remove the standard arms - they wouldn't budge - but after watching this vid - they popped out relatively easily. (We also watched your video on setting up fire stick yesterday and were able to cease pulling our hair out before we went completely bald so another thanks for that). Cheers from Australia.
Thank you for this review. I just bought a pair for my 93-yr old client who has macular degeneration. I’ll get them on Tue-I hope it helps her see better!
I received these magnifying glasses as a gift and really like them a lot. Great tool for close work: sewing, crafts, etc. This video is a great learning tool to learn about this product. Thank you.
Nice video- thanks! I already have a pair and love them but I threw away the instructions and couldn't figure out how to attach the strap. The strap allows them to fit snugly on top of your head when you need to use them intermittently, as I do in scale modeling.
Is the strap adjustable? Also, is the top of that nose bridge (where it’s metal) comfortable with the top of your nose? Just wondering how comfy these would be after a few hours. I’m debating between these, the Carson Pro ones, or the Azfunn ones. This would be for miniature painting.
I decided on these, for cross stitching, and they are very comfortable even for long term wear, if you don’t wear glasses on an all day every day basis then they may cause some pain behind your ears wearing them for lengthy periods, I got this when I first started wearing glasses.
@@Rickmakes Thanks, mine just arrived and yeah, it's a lithium polymer LIPO like in my model helicopters. Thanks! This is certainly going to be lighter than the one with 3 AAA batteries...
Has anyone ever replaced an LED on one of these? I've got one that's on the blink (literally) and am trying to figure out how to open up the compartment without breaking it.

This is the best video I’ve seen on this item I just purchased. The others were not helpful at all. Thank you!
How much it's cost bro
We just received ours and you cleared up some questions Rick with explanation and hands on. Awesome job, Thank You!

Yep I am going to order me one right now from eBay. Thanks for showing me this.

Thank you for the tutorial. It has been really helpful. Just one question - is it designed to wear with glasses? Many thanks.
I'm not sure how they would go with glasses. I use them without. They take the place of my glasses.
So out of these in this price range they look decent. I work on 10mm figures so I need these for detailed paintwork. Thanks for the review.
So does this work good for the painting of minis bc im thinking about getting something like this too and can you wear your glasses with this as well
@@mattsmith5436 I guess you can. You have to move lenses in and out to get into focus. I use without my glasses and works fine.
Ok thank you
@@mattsmith5436 oh and I’m painting in S scale so smaller than typical minis and it works well.
Can object be visualised clearly from 1.5 feet distance with this? Or the object should be more close?
Would these be any good for fly tying?
How much it's cost
How strong is the light?
The strap works better with regular glasses

may ask if i can change the field of view?
The field of view isn't adjustable.
@@Rickmakes Do you know if I can order lens with different field of view?
Is the battery a normal 18650 lithium ion? Thanks.
This has a small lithium ion pouch battery. It isn't large enough for an 18650.

Thank you 🙏🇱🇺🧀🌷☀️🍀🙂
I need it
Why didn you show how you chaged to the strap? That was the purpose of my watching your video.
You didn't SHOW US HOW TO SWITCH OUT THE STRAP/EARPIECES
That's the reason I'm searching videos. I cannot for the life of me get the earpieces off! Even tried tweezers...nuthin!😔
👍👍
these are for tiny heads.
I have an average sized adult male head and it fit me fine.
@@Rickmakes I can't wear them for more than an hour before it's uncomfortable. I have tiny hair and an average head.
