If anyone has any doubts about boot width sizes being important, this video shows just how important it is since your 5 most worn pairs of boots are all B width sizes. Hopefully more boot companies will decide to have more width sizes in their boots in the near future.
I love those Nocona Bullhide boots! I have a similar pair. You were so kind to correct someone who mocked me when I asked what kind of leather they were. That's what makes your channel and Facebook group so awesome! Thanks for sharing your knowledge and giving us a place to compare notes with other cowboy boot enthusiasts.
This video proves width sizes matter! And not a square toe amongst them. My go to boots are definitely my CB7S, rough outs, with a pop of colour in the shaft and hard wearing hybrid soles.
Excellent video sir. I really wish more boot companies would make narrow widths to allow us a wider selection of properly fitting good quality boots. Also the more I see your Pirarucu Black Jacks the more I want a pair! That fish skin just looks so raw and interesting.
It’s great to see all of the “fancy” and exotic boots, I have a handful in my collection, but this video highlights what actually gets worn on repeat. Those Hondos look like the type of boot that you just throw on whenever and wherever to go do stuff. And those Fanoglio rough outs are calling my name!
Those Black Jack Pirauchu’s are insane looking I never even considered a pair but those broken in are something else. Of course the Fenoglios in black rough out are my favorite as they remind me of my Hondo 2068’s wearing them tomorrow. This warm weather is totally cowboy boot week for me!!!
I like all of your favourites, particularly the pirarucu and fenoglios and Hondos as I like the well-worn look. I wear my Sanchos most often but love the Sendras for their sharp look and my Justin two tone roughouts. But all 12 get an airing fairly regularly. Thanks for the fun videos Jeremiah!
By far my most worn pair of boots since I got them a couple years ago has been a pair of Hondo 2645 roughout French toe boots. The fit is excellent and I have taken them everywhere from the desert to the woods and have never questioned the durability or build. They are among the best value for a new boot, especially compared to boots that are 2-3 times the price.
Great video as always!! I wear my hondo boots so much that I had a rubber sole added so that I can wear them while I work all day as a plumber. I have a gray calfskin hondo I boot I feel that are as comfortable.
My go to pair is my Ariat Lasco Ultra in Bar Top Brown that I bought over 2 years ago from the Ariat brand store in Nashville TN on one of my many monthly work trips. I have walked miles around downtown Nashville in those boots, uphill both ways 🤣 The ATS insoles are super comfortable. The bantam weight soles are durable and light. And JC they do offer them in B width.
Now it makes sense to how you came to 50 pairs of boots I'm still Goin to continue my journey l love cowboy boots an your content it's allowed me to help explain wearing cowboy boots so many different styles and outer soles at the rate I'm Goin I'm buying boots around every two months I shop new I shop deals I do my research your content has allowed me a chance to look for certain things before buying cowboy boots thanks for the content 😊
Interesting video.... was expecting you to go fancy here... but rather usability! I just bought my first pair of cowboy boots in 25+ years and I can say I bought them on a whim... been toying with the idea for a couple years but nothing struck my fancy then I was getting a belt made for me at a western shop in Idaho and this guy (owner) noticed me checking out the boots... asked if I wanted a pair and said I'd been thinking about it and he asked me to pull off my shoes (Brooks running shoes) and looked at my feet and went and grabbed a pair of Boulet 2922 and I tried them on and loved them... and bought them. He guessed my size and my style and color preference. Probably an old horse trader.... lol. Well that was 2 weeks ago and I just went down this boot rabbit hole and ended up getting a pair of Anderson Bean delivered today and wearing them now... They feel really good and High quality in my novice opinion but made of Cape buffalo and wow a beautiful boot.... going to love these!! The Cape is a rather soft leather and has lot of uniqueness to it... Found them on a close out and paid only 266 for these.... very pleased! I will say my favorite boot of all time is Asolo 520 hiking boots (full leather), I've worn them for a long time and I treat them with Mink Oil and they are my apocolypse boot if I had to pick one! Leather is amazing.... great videos and appreciate your passion.
I would love to see you try out JK western books and maybe some of the other PNW boot makers Packer or pull on boots. Nicks makes a line of pull on boots that is oriented towards working cowboys. JK started out making hardcore logging boots and they just created a western brand that makes traditional boots that look high quality and should be very durable and they are made in spokane, WA. it would be awesome to see your views on them.
Great video Jeremiah. My favorite boots are my Lucchese "Bart" boots. Supple cowhide in a 7 toe with a brown/clay Finnish. They remind me of my old ACME boots from way back. ✌️ from GT from Tennessee.
I would like to see if you will try Vaccari boots, very similar looking to black jack exotic boots especially the natural alligator but comes with much more affordable price tag
"Hi Jeremiah, wow your Black Jack boots, they look like Rick Grimes' worn boots in The Walking Dead, it's always important to see our boots that are worn out and getting old, we feel an existence worn cowboy boots ! Very nice boots at the beginning then worn out gradually, the leather etc! I already have three pairs in my collection that have gotten some wear and tear, Dan Post, Nocona and Justin boots and also Grinders! Nothing is as magical as a pair of cowboy boots, you can't find that with classic shoes or sneakers! Great video Jeremiah, I love it! "
@@TheLoneLander Effectively, I know exactly the brand, type and style of Rick Grimes boots, I am truly knowledgeable! I'm an enthusiast, I was just making a comparison based on the wear of the boots! Question of feeling!
@@TheLoneLander Yes, it's true compared to the Justin 2222 (in fact we found different 2222 and 2223 close to the 2222 and also 2225 but the color is different)! I was mainly talking about the state of aging but it's true that Rick Grimes' 2222 boots, even worn, these boots remain unique and this model of boots that the actor Andrew Lincoln has, remains UNFINDABLE!
I have the same problem. I'm a 10B and only Justin boots or Dan post seem to offer them in that size and it's a very limited offering to choose from, at that. It sucks!
Hi Jeremiah. I've been watching your channel ever since I dug into cowboy boots. It helps a lot. And I'm thinking about resoling my boots as well. I'd like to know how much should I expect to spend for a full resole? Thank you!
I also have B-width feet and have been looking for a pair of handmade, traditional cowboy boots. I love everything about Chisos, but their D-width boots just don't fit. I've tried a couple of sizes and it's clearly not happening. Which boots do you recommend that I consider? Something with all of the quality and features of Chisos, but available in narrower widths...

How do u find out your width size
Go to a shoe store and have your foot measured.@@jasoncampbell6187

The 2670s are my go tos when I need a leather outsole and the 7875s are the rubber go tos. The quality and price of Hondos truly can’t be beaten.
Just got a pair of Tony Lamas Pirarucu boots. Love the feel and look. Great videos

Gotta love your Dedication JC. I'm partial to those Black Jack Pirarucu, gotta get me some of those bad boys!
Still love your content man, I am glad you're still at it.
I still have a vintage pair of Nocono boots that I inherited. They are my going to town boots.
I have my 3rd pair of JW Boots on the way. Hopefully will be here next week. I appreciate your channel and reviews.

Love seeing well worn boots!
Great videos! Do you know if anyone makes inserts that keep the boot shafts from slouching when not being worn? Thanks Jeremiah!
Voot boot shaper!
Id like your opinion on Tony Lama MCCANDLES
