You’ll need to come to payson Utah annual salmon dinner. It’s really good. Fresh salmon from Alaska brought in by trucks cooked (smoked) over open fires. Every summer end of Julyish first of august.

Well it’s about a 3 hour haul for me, and I can get some pretty good catfish around here, but I need to be able to say I’ve been to the world’s largest fish fry. I’m gonna check it out next year
