    add avocado and eggs to the cream cheese+ bagel! It could be a good challenge and is DELICIOUS or for a sweet kick do PB and banana on a bagel with cinnamon/honey!

    While it is important to focus on your health and nutrition, I think that perhaps becoming involved in a job or hobby that is unrelated to eating disorder recovery may benefit you in ways that are valuable. At times, shifting the focus can really improve the state of one's mental health. Even though focusing on making improvements in recovery is crucially important, maybe giving your mind something else to think about other than recovery could be helpful. Just some advice because I know just how difficult is all is especially when you feel like you are trying SO hard.

      This is very true!!! I used to be so obsessed with food and exercise during my ED, and finding other hobbies has shifted my mindset.

Plus, I know you say that its hard to communicate/say certains things because English wasn't your first language but I understand what you say/mean... You are so intelligent and a wise young woman...     Maybe do a video where you eat foods you haven't eaten before as even in this video Japanese sweet potatoes , eggs, yogurt all make an appearance . I think it would be changeling not to eat them (even though you love them) and discover new foods you may also love xx

    I was thinking how I was having a hard time watching your videos now because the meals were always the same and it definitely was triggering to me a little bit. Not your fault, but it helps to see others not eating the same foods/ “perfect” foods all the time. Such a big part of eating disorders that aren’t always talked about

    Hello Dani! :D i have a question about that chocolate you had with the gram crackers and apple, how does it taste? I've seen it at the store, but i haven't tried it, just wondering if you recommend it and if its sweet or bitter.❤ Thank you for another amazing video!!!❤❤
