    My moms dog was attacked and these heartless monsters cut his face and ears up, the one ear had to be removed because it was hanging by a literal thread of skin. We never caught them but these amazing people at the vet helped pay for the surgery and recovery. Mr and Mrs Stalinski, great people with big hearts, they wouldn't let us pay them back.

      That's just awful. And thank goodness for the generosity of strangers, but if we had public healthcare for our pets just like we do for ourselves, it would save the country money and no one would have to go into debt or go without care for their pet.

    Unfortunately my mother once had a cat in her young adulthood that was crushed by a reclining chair, and didn't make it ;;
    People please be careful with your recliners, make sure your pets aren't underneath them before you close them up.

    Poor Matt sure had his share of worries, but thankfully everything worked out well! Once you deal with cancer in one dog, you're always checking everybody for any new lumps or bumps forever! It's scary to find one and as dogs age they can get new ones fairly frequently, but thankfully they're usually benign fatty tumors. It only takes one that's malignant to rock your world upside down so it pays to have every single one checked out! Dr. Audrey-Amazing job on that cat paw wound closing! I would have loved seeing how you managed to do that with so little available tissue and still get the flexibility that you did looked impossible to me! Very impressive work!

    The terrible recliner accident is reminiscent of the saying about "nervous as a long tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs" except worse since the human and the cat often can't see one another. I'd suggest foregoing recliners in a cat household, or at least choosing one which is difficult for a cat to climb into the works of. A more ordinary upholstered chair, even a sofa, and a footstool is safer. That said, I lived for years with a cat in a house with a recliner, and the cat never got tangled up in its works.
    The cat did, once, get her tail caught in the fanbelt of our car. It pulled the fur off of a long section of her tail but amazingly did no lasting harm. She was a pretty tough cat.

    My cat used to like to go under my dad's recliner all the time. My parents were brought up on a farm never had a vet visit other than to get the animals their shots. I'd always make him wait until I got them out from under the recliner before I let him let the chair back down. I saw the potential for disaster. They never had a clue. • @Fanlady4236

      I dont understand why sensitive people watch these types of videos and cause touble for utube and have it blurred. Soon so much will be blurred it will have the start and the end and the rest will be blurred out. I really dont understand utube falling for their demands. Just demand they dont watch ot have videos divided into categories and block those viewers from watching. There are disney videos for them

    • @cosmicmuffin322
      @cosmicmuffin322 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's not sensitive people who are making TH-cam do this. Google (which owns TH-cam) chose to do this to make TH-cam more "acceptable" and G-rated so that big corporations will want to advertise. Corporate greed is the only reason.
      This massive change in who is allowed to make money from their videos (called the Adpocalypse) meant that vets who show surgeries were censored, independent journalists were censored and lost their entire income (even though the big news media channels were still allowed to make money on their videos). TH-cam says this is about making the platform "safer", but there is still child prn and r*pe videos on here, all kinds of violence and cruelty, and TH-cam doesn't care about that. It's corporate greed and the censoring of free speech.

    We had a 12 week old kitten that had gotten out and we couldn’t find him. The cutest little black sweetie that my husband fell in love with. It was in November so it was cold outside and when I got home from the store I left the car running as I was going right back out to the post office. The kitty was cold so she climbed up into the engine at my house and rode there with me. While I was in the post office she moved around to a warmer spot by the fan. I’ll never forget the thud when I turned the key. There she was crying on the ground. I brought her home but she was hurt too badly. My 3 grade boys kept telling everyone mommy killed daddy’s kitty. I felt so bad.

The vet told us that there was nothing that could be done to the tail since the 3 inches were still 'alive' but in time it would fall off naturally and there was no chance of an infection but for saftey reasons the vet gave the cat a very high amount of antibiotics. it took about 3 months for the tail to fall off and the vet was right as it the bones fell right off and there was nothing wrong with her.

    Is that cat really a stray? I mean it was hurt inside.. why would a stray be inside? That sounds like a pet to me.

    Unlucky is going to be fine. I heard of a massager accidentally squashed a toddler in the bed lowering. Absolutely horrific. She couldn’t work for a while. Mum traumatised. 😭😘

    Dr. Chris Brown looks at needle aspirations himself; he doesn't "send it to the lab" like Dr. Kate apparently does.

    I feel so bad saying this but I need to know. What did Kate do to her face? Is she okay? She looks so puffy and swollen. Kinda looks like when a dog gets stung in the face by a bee, Hope she recovers

      Cats lick wounds to oblivion and their tongues are sharp. Mine opened a 2 week old cut. Also cat's feet have a lot of movement, it can be challenging.
