I went to see a preview of "Star Trek : Into Darkness" when the projector broke down about 3 seconds into the movie. I didn't miss a beat--- I screamed "KKHHAAAANNNNN!!!". It only took them 30 seconds to fix the problem but it was a good interactive moment.

I’ve been on Rise of the Resistance at Disney World a few times, and it seems to have reliability issues. Not surprising, though, since there are *so many* complex moving parts to that ride. Honestly, I’m impressed they got it to work as reliably as they have.

I would love to see them make an announcement recording that sounds classic and goes along the lines of spaceballs.......like...: Tests microphone to speakers in ride... noise on "Booooop! Attention fellow resilient troops. Please clean up on isle ? .., our new recruits got lost on plaid speed and need a reboot." And have 2storm troopers mimick similar scenes from the youtube why they cant shoot the other troops. But in the ride sense as rhey escort them out. Like : "i thought this was a resilient group. Should we shoot them?" (No no no we cant shoot them) "why not?" (Because it might be the boss using the shwartz). "Well then what do we do?" And as they slowly look back at the crowd to each other in silence... Just head scratching they announce whatever is needed... Getting off or staying on and waiting for yogurt. And have 2storm troopers mimick similar scenes from the youtube why they cant shoot the other troops. But in the ride sense as rhey escort them out.
Like : "i thought this was a resilient group. Should we shoot them?" (No no no we cant shoot them) "why not?"
(Because it might be the boss using the shwartz). "Well then what do we do?"
And as they slowly look back at the crowd to each other in silence... Just head scratching they announce whatever is needed... Getting off or staying on and waiting for yogurt.
And then have them say as people leave...

I've seen more videos of this ride breaking down than ones that actually show a full ride-through! I know trackless rides break down more, but come on Disney get it together!

I lost my hat on that ride and apparently somebody put my hat on the droid so when my mom went to get it she got yelled at for letting me put it on the droid but it wasn’t any of us it was someone else but basically the hat on the droid could have broke the ride😂😂😂
