Here we go!! The silver back is here to kill this shoulder workout in the great state of IL! M.S. delivers yet again this time with an intense shoulder blast! These video's not only starts your day, runs your day and ends your day always on a positive note!
I wish I had some of those side delt machines. I have cables but your not in a locked position. I do the should partials all the time, usually under a timed round or two. I could really see your shoulders work in this video. Thanks!
No we filmed this a few months ago. We feature different athletes each week so our que gets a few months behind at times. I spoke with him a few weeks ago he's focused on a new goal /plan for later in the year.
Lets be real without the juice most of us would vomit with that amount of heavy excersise but its admirable, training the shoulders needs a lot consistency and are very tiring
@@Doggomorph im just being honest here, I've tried the same amount of excersise sometimes and i felt like shit afterwards, natural people need to train differently after all, I've tried creatine and protein and the game changed a bit, i still felt like shit but i also felt good and had result's, in the end though if you don't do the excersise correctly you won't see gains as you said
5:07 Yikes! 130# dumbells on overhead press!? Even if I had the strength to get those things into position (I don't), I'd be too afraid to tear my rotator cuffs. This dude's a bulldozer!
Your rotator cuffs would be fine as long as you can pick them up over your shoulders properly. That's the only scary part with heavier dumbbells! There's a trick to get them like that.
@@wombat5252 That's what I'm saying. A few years ago I injured my left rotator cuff getting heavy dumbells into place and the injury took about a year to recover. Once the dumbells are in place it's child's play.
i feel bad for ppl who train out of Illinois, that state has literally the worst gyms in the whole country, and they are packed with ppl who come to socialize and talk instead of lifting. leaving Illinois was the best decision i ever made
This guy is deff on some but you'd be surprised how close you can get to this size and leanness naturally. It's only going to take you 10 years though of consistent workouts lol
I always tell people this! People don't realize how big and lean you can get naturally. Not quite as big as Hester, but you can get sort of close....if you're as consistent and on point as him.
@@samwoodward2676 Not really. A LOT healthier than your average person that doesn't do any exercise. The stress on their heart is because of the weight they have and the amount of blood their heart has to pump to all of that muscle mass. That's what hurts them long term.
@@wombat5252 you've gotta be delusional to think that pro bodybuilders are healthier than fatties who sit on a couch all day lmao, you literally need to abuse peds food etc to get to that level. There's a reason all these bodybuilders are dropping dead like flies lately.
Unbelievably strong and shredded. Respect those shoulders
You got that right- unreal strength. Can't imagine doing that lateral raise machine stack for 20
With shoulders like that you definitely deserve your own video! Thank you for the tip regarding front delts on the machine shoulder press.
It’s always a good day when muscle and strength drops a video🙏🏼🙌🏼
🥰
Great coaching! Thanks for sharing

Man I wish I had arms like that. 😮😮😮😮😮
They are 3D!
You can! It's only going to take 10 years of consistent training though lol. Proper diet to. The muscle mass he has takes YEARS!
@@wombat5252 Okay done God willing.
I would like to do shoulders boulders with Chris Hester also I did that hay he always wear. What brand of hat is that?
Great shoulders & arms
Absolutely
Great shoulders.
No Doubt. Dude moves some weight.

Dudes rear delts are bigger than my biceps 😂
Dang those 3D delts of destruction!!!
My favourite vegan corn fed bodybuilder, imagine if he'd taken juice..
Was this filmed recently? Chris has been MIA on IG lately, I’ve been wondering how he’s doin.

Better than people with juice who dosent train properly which is 99 percent of the lifters hahahahahaa

Crazy physique lol
@@muscleandstrength Yes, but once he wins his pro card he’s gotta get his gyno fixed. It looked pretty bad at his last show.

U can always try to use the smith machine. Its so much safer and u can atleast try to hit 2 plates for 3-5 reps.
Guess u havent seen cbum

No shrugs?
Title say shoulders, not trapezius
@@ec1376 So does he do a traps only day? I doubt it.
Some people train traps more with back than shoulders.

What happened to him??? Does he still compete? He isn't even on social media anymore?????
He took some time off to focus on his career in law enforcement.

Stay away from roids boys. Its not worth it. Lift weight naturally

Dont skip leg day guys
Are you saying Chris has small legs or just sharing general advice for the comment section?
i wonder if he is natty?
Better to be natural hmm👍😉

Still a spectacle nonetheless
