    This ended up being exactly what I wanted. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 I get the flexibility of multiple dumbbells without taking up the space of a whole set. I have a very small spare room that these and a bench fit perfectly into. Like others mentioned the size of these are a little bigger/longer than traditional weights so they aren’t the perfect solution for everyone. However, if you're looking for a flexible and space saving design for a home workout I’d recommend these.

My default and where i build most of my mass has always been a bro split but every few months its good to change things up for a couple of months with push pull until my body feels its time to revert back. ultimately i can get more sets in per body part per month with a bro split without overtraining

    • @i27v1
      @i27v1 4 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      All I was saying is that PPL can create more imbalances if you don’t make sure to put enough volume into smaller muscles and just use all your energy for the main movements. Doing triceps after doing chest and shoulders you’re going to likely only do 1 maybe 2 movements and intensity and strength will be down from all the volume you’ve done previously. So just be conscious of that and make sure your weekly volume for EVERYTHING is still that of or more than you’d be doing in your Bro split.

    Its isn't hard to understand why you people get shoulder issues. Abduction to 90degrees with internal rotation will push the humeral head superiorly. Gestapo lateral raises disrupts the scapulohumeral rhythm. Rear flyes with locking the scapula anteriorly jams the supraspinatus into the acromion......

      Working Each Muscle Group Once A Week. Is Probably The Most Common Workout Program Used By People.
      And Yet Many People Still Over Train... Old School 70's 80's Bodybuilders Use To Lift For Hours Every Day, And Over Trained All The Time. All The Science Since Then Says That The Muscle Needs At Least 7 Days To Fully Recover After Being Worked. Personally I Use To Do Twice Per Week, Then Once I Backed Down To Once Per Week, I Started Growing & Made The Best Gains. Try It, I Bet You Get Some Good Gains!
