There is an acoustic album by Band-Maid. They released this concert on CD (to fan club members only). Still hoping for the DVD though!
Band-Maid songs aren't too short, you just want more! Short songs = more songs in their 2+ hour live concerts!

I'm still bemused why the CD hasn't been on general release, perhaps whoever is in charge of these things had a cunning plan to get people to join the fan club and generate an ongoing revenue stream. The website does state that they plan to regularly release the CD in the future and presumably to fan club members only . The lack of a DVD also makes no sense. I'm happy as I'm so invested in this Band Maid that I joined the fan club ( haven't done that since The Beatles) and got my copy of the acoustic CD.

@@edwardallen4051 All true. But the acoustic CD was 'self released'. It wasn't released by their label. This is a big difference. 'About Us' was self released also. I'm not sure why this was done though.

@@Davey-Boyd Interesting, I'm not sure of the intricacies if record lables and 'independant' releases. The acoustic is a Pony Canyon release but then so is Unseen World, I'm now intrigued to see if Unleash!!!!! is the same.

You did notice that Akane sang the backing vocals?!?
Misa was looking leave the band prior to "Thrill" hitting. When asked what changed her mind , her answer Seattle.
Band Maid's "guts" to perform an acoustic concert, shows their confidence in their talent and their song writing. The CD sold-out instancing, so waiting on a new issue or Better Yet a DVD of the perfromance.

The entire acoustic concert was incredible, and it turned songs that I had previously neglected (e.g. H-G-K) into favourites. Sayonakidori was arguably the best of the lot.
P.S. I don't think there's any need for you to be upset about Stonehenge. It has been continuously intact since it was built at intervals over thousands of years. There has been restoration work which unfortunately involved moving some stones (arguably justified because there was a risk of one or two falling), and that's what you're looking at. Worse is the very busy road that runs next to it.

In the trio portion of their special Christmas Acoustic concert, Miku sings like a beautiful Nightingale Pigeon! In the electric version, she sings as relentlessly as the song is played.🕊 Thx, Alex!

How thick this sound is! It’s something beyond what a trio could perform. MISA’s base line shines, Akane’s drums sing along, Kobato’s clean vocal and guitar…priceless.

Hello Alex. Great song . We all know that the best instrumentalist is MISA. But we should not forget on this acoustic what Miku does, who could not play guitar, 8 years ago. It's fabulous what she does and don't forget that you wouldn't know Misa if she didn't create this group of girls, all talented, who revived the hard rock which was sleeping . Miku is great. French fan . 🎸🤘

They released an album of their acoustic performance (the same set as this video), but it was only available for a limited time. If you can pick it up somewhere, it's well worth it.
