Mine have been vertical and have never pulled a body panel. Tore up the flares good , but they heat up and pop out. Wondering if I’ve just been lucky.

Where the rear flare is still whole does it fill up with sand and dirt ?

Have you tried just leaving the lower bolts out of the rear extender? It may slide in when impacted.

My flares have been vertical on multiple occasions running trees and it’s never came close to pulling out the panel bolts or panel. Maybe I’m lucky. My flares are scuffed and bent to hell but that’s all. Nothing a heat gun can’t fix.

What windshield is that with the intrusion bar? I didn’t think they made one that fit with the bar in?

Brp Full Hard coat. it was just trimmed around the mounts for the intrusion bars.

Does the OEM glass windshield with wiper fit on the X3 RC model with the intrusion bars or are modifications needed to make that work?

What tool do you use to cut out the fenders? Dremel?

Yeah we use a dremel with a spiral cutting bit in it. Or a air body saw works. We have even used a cut off wheel before.

Hello, That is the 2018 BRP hardcoat windshield. They no longer sell it. They design changed from 2018 to now.

The hardcoat windshield works with slight modification

We notch out the hard coat windshield and install covers to hide the hole.
