Today, I bought a fake Lamborghini Sesto Elemento, screen used in the "Need For Speed" motion picture, starring Breaking Bad's Aaron Paul. It's also in a warehouse next to replicas of Koenigsegg Ageras, Bugatti Veyrons, Spano Spania GTAs, and the other iconic supercars used in the movie. The car is based on a Superlite SL-C, and features a Chevy Performance crate LS3 engine mated to a Porsche 6-speed transaxle. Unfortunately, there are a few small issues with it. Okay, maybe more than a few.

That would be nearly impossible. The Sesto Elemento has essentially no interior, as the body and interior are pretty much one piece. They would need to replicate everything, which could cost tens of thousands. The car doesn’t have seats, and you’re legit sitting on the body which has been molded into the shape of a seat, with padding and the likes. The only thing that could MAYBE be done is the dash, but that’s equally complicated.
Rebuild it into a perfect replica of the Sesto Elemento with a Lambo Engine, would be awesome to see
And probably the Lamborghini lawsuit too! Recently, Lamborghini managed to apprehend several replicas in court! Some were only in the owners' houses and were not even used on the streets! If it was Ferrari they would be talking badly but how was Lamborghini everything ok right?!

I would love to see you get one of these, then make your own body panels to make it look like however you want. Good opportunity to learn panel forming whether you go with aluminum, CF, or fiberglass.

I think that the problem is that you cannot get all the parts that you need so fast. So it makes sense to start building multiple cars so you can film at least one.
@@missilecustoms I used to get more annoyed at all the “stalls” in projects. Many even disappear forever. But you have to also be sensitive to the amount of work that the builds take. This is a business for them. If a project doesn’t generate enough views, it might not be worth continuing. Quick status “mentions” or updates can help us feel “not abandoned” though.

You could make structurally and mechanically sound and then turn it into an interesting track car. Get your favorite racing body style (that you can get molds for) and put it on the tube frame.

Im already so fucking excited for this series! This is awesome! Please remake it as the sesto! I always thought the replicas were not half bad looking, pretty convincing in the movie and I wondered what happened to them. So happy to see they exist still!
What about bringing back the idea of a 1980's Countach / Le Mans Group C car you had a few years ago? I see this chassis as an opportunity to do it.

Now these chassis seems in much better shape. Would be a good base.

Make it a all out race car, it deserves to be one, it almost already is one, simplifies the build, keep things plain and simple, I feel that is one thing you don’t have, there have been plenty of fantastic cars made by you, now it’s time to go the other way, simple, to the point, all out race car

After Jared bought the movie cop car, I went and watched the movie. Honestly, it wasn't bad. It was no masterpiece of filmmaking, but it was decent. It was fun, and honestly I wouldn't mind seeing a sequel to it.
I remember seeing it when I was a kid (I loved the games so naturally) and I honestly loved it.

Having done some work on movie set building, etc, I can definitely identify with the "movie magic". Things we built in our shop that were really rough ended up looking like a million bucks once the camera and lighting guys did their work.
It's time you came up with your own design, your own super car exterior, interior the next big build after the Ferrari your one off full builds are the best. Good luck and keep up the great work.

That s7 replica is so cool. And as far as drivetrain, I really hope they use a supercharged Ford engine, instead of the LS. Even being a replica, that would be a slap in the face.

That noise is the throw out bearing seized. Had it happen on a truck of mine and it made the same noise, it wears through the clutch fingers until you can't disengage the clutch anymore which isn't long
When Tavarish sat in his movie car It looked like Dominic Cooper himself was sitting in it just like in the movie. If this whole TH-cam thing doesn’t work out, mbe you could be a body double for him.

Maybe use the front from the countach replica that you wanted to use in your old SLC build and build your own version of modern countach. Like the replica of the new Countach. That would be awesome.

The welds are tack together and are not fully welded, no strength in accidents. Some tubing will need to be cut out and replaced as there is large hole in tubing, no strength in tubing and will fold up quicker than empty toilet paper roll when needed in accident.

I think it be really cool if they build it in mad max style with out anything tacky, also it make a good base for the cyberpunk car with the dual rear wheals.
It would be cool to use it so as to build you custom Supercar like you wanted to with the fake Countach or use it as a chassis for the 3 rotor widebody Ferrari you wanted to build or whatever crazy idea you will think of...

JATO rockets! No need for a clutch!
Install a Turbine instead of its current engines.
Maybe put in an Electric Drive... it has the space and size for it. It should be pretty zippy after you done that!
Clutch release bearing and pressure plate is screwed and will need replacing along with whatever else is damaged. The warning DO NOT buy POS is too late as it sold old for parts not to be title, NO registrations for insurance as will not past safety crash testing.
See if the movie company will give you the 3-D files so you can make and reproduce body panels to make it a replica of the movie car. Keep the engine that’s in it since it’s almost brand new or swap it out whatever would work but it would be an interesting replica of the Lamborghini. And then have the shop that did the McLaren do an interior for you. As well as buying bits and pieces of of parts to assemble the interior and such. Would be a cool project to see

How about you finish one of your other 500 projects that brought us to the channel in the first place!
Some sort of jdm body onto it exept nsx but you do that so you have a rear engine ls for example r34
F22 raptor inspired custom body could be doable. take a look at the front lower angle with dual side mount radiators and rear dual exhausts with a double bubble fuselage rear end with active areo. all in mottled grey with gold tint windows.
Do a competition. The best design gets to be chosen for the built. Criteria for selection should be around cost and time to build. This should be fun

You should revisit the dream build you wanted to do with the 1st SLC you had. Do the crazy SEMA build you had the rendering made for.

You should 100% choose one of the 3-D scanned bodies and allow automotive design students to submit their own alternative body designs, based on what could be possible geometry-wise. Maybe then outsource some 3-D printing to any TH-camrs in that field to help create body moulds. Another possible collaboration might be with anyone laying carbon fibre your way looking for a project to showcase their skills. Interior wise definitely go race car+ with the right balance of cheap, comfortable and I don’t care it’s not a super car interior because it’s a movie car!

I know the spano, and it is a really cool spanish Hypercar also, the second gen of the Spano (from 2015) it appeared on TV Series "Ballers" festuring the Rock 👍
Also, Spano is more known than the SLC supercars on Europe...

DUDE I love the NFS film and the sesto elemento is my ultimate dream car. You have to make a replica elemento with a Lamborghini v10
Keep the LS and do a DCT from the bmw e9x/f8x . they sell adapter kits , and maxxecu i believe controls the shifting .

Have you seen that guy InspireCNC? He does CNC milled full car bucks of real cars. So with that you could build out the molds, etc to body it.

Like everyone says and the most obvious thing to do is building a Sesto replica as perfect as possible. Other way to go is make it your own thing and design a Sesto 2.0 version with current or future Lambo styling elements in it?
Who not restart your Canceled "Custom Long-Tail, Ferrari-powered, Countach-esque, Supercar Project", that originally was going to be your 2020 SEMA Build which would have used the fake Lamborghini Countach front end in the build! As it was going to be built on the Crashed "RC R race car replica Superlight SLC", but you weren't able to get any assistance in repairing it from the manufacture of them, so you ended up canceling the Project! I would so love to see that Build actually done one day, as it looked so cool in all those really sweet Renders on what it would look like when completed!
Now imagine how cool it would be to turn this into a zentorno replica from gtaV.
