I just stopped and had a thought while going through these AMAZING videos... I have watched a lot of TH-cam over the years and I honestly don't remember when I've been this interested and excited about discovering a new channel. It is very strange how few subscribers and views this channel has. I mean this is really amazing stuff. I really hope that the creator keeps this up. It's beyond just humorous or interesting. A lot of these have actually been inspirational.
Once I saw the first one I can't help but keep popping the rest like candy and rewatching them over and over again! This is so intensely crafted on so many layers (literally) from the beautifully stitched together conversations, the perfectly cut out actors, and making the lighting and small details always finely edited on point compressed down to this holy mp4 format. Each one being unique and unexpected with completely different vibes. I don't know how many hours these 2-3 minute videos take to make this amazing uncanny art, but its a crime the algorithm hasn't strapped a propane tank and lit a match for this channel yet!!!!
The editing is just-so-timed, gently fit, every nuance calculated, real cool, very believed by viewers who dont know or pick up on this type of artful craft. Love it.
I love J Malkovich -- very impressed with his impromptu conversation, especially as a therapist who loves books like "Listening to Killers" by J Garbarino.
The first video I watched (earlier this morning) was the West/Musk train wreck. Hilarious, and I immediately subscribed. Have now watched nearly all of the rest (22 at this point). Radcliffe/Malky was another gem!
I imagine most of these are from good ol Charlie Rose, but you'll have a whole new wealth of rewarding material pulling from Kevin Pollack's Chat Show, if you haven't already. Same black void, similar round table . . . Fascinating discussions waiting to be remixed and molested into sinister gold!
Some of the people you use, I'm not sure how they would react, but based on the roles he's taken I think Malkovich would 100% enjoy the vibe and style of comedy here
i'd love to know what the context of malkovich's comment was. who set themselves up as the final judge of life and death and why can that not be redeemed?

Yes! As I understand it, these are separate conversations that this channel's creator has cut up and edited together to form new, fictional conversations. Part of the appeal for me is that these videos reconstruct previous conversations to have new meanings! So, besides being funny because of the editor's comedic timing and choice of response clips, they also reveal a lot about the editor, arguably even more so than the celebrities in the interviews, creating an extra layer of commentary. I would compare it to the poetry form, "found poetry"-using pre-existing text from various sources to create a new poem. Another part of the appeal is seeing two celebrities who would never meet in any actual interview have a discussion. Hope that helps! :)
