I remember years ago when Monkfish was considered a trash fish on the East Coast here, When I use to fish at the coast, I loved it, we use to call them Molliguts, but Monkfish is a bit more appetizing when you find them in the fish market, It tastes a lot like lobster to me. great job Albert
They call it poor man's lobster because it has the same texture as lobster , I would have used a little old bay on the seafood. Red pepper flakes in the sauce.
