@@konnor9577 I took a VO2 max test years ago and measured 53. I was running considerably faster than Betsy when I stopped and almost puked at the end. 32 seems reasonable.
I believe, it depends on why you are doing the test. If you are doing a clinical test for diagnostic purposes, then you should not use your inhaler of course after approval from a physician. but if you are doing the test for functional purposes and that is to start an exercise program, then you should use the inhaler in order for the result to be consistent with the expected response during an exercise program. remember, the Vo2 max will be used by the trainer to tailor an exercise program for you and they should know and take into account that a client is using a certain medication.
She might have been nervous, AND not having a proper warmup before the test could make you feel spent too soon. Also, she stopped without looking like there was a ton of distress, so her VO2 should be higher. I've heard that if you nail the test you should feel like you're about to die when you call it.
Where can you get the device that holds the tube up? I desperately need one for my fitness testing lab.
that looks like a microphone boom arm. check amazon or newegg or any nearby camera store. they'll have lots of options.

I’m gonna do this test at home, I’m gonna try it. I would love to go to some sports medical doctor to do this. It looks interesting.
Can i use inhaler before this test?

Well, Only if we could find a place that offers VO2 Max testing using a mouthpiece and noseclips.
I can't hear them.
Turn on volume
She is extremely unfit for her age. An HR just standing still of 120bpm and a stage 1 HR of 133 is insane for her age.
