@cattnipp Jim gave us a demo of pouring set amounts. It was absolutely astounding how accurate he could be with his pours. Apparently these guys are also tested regularly by weights and measures to make sure they are pouring correctly. Thanks for the comment.
I don't understand why many bartenders always do the Blazer in snifter glasses, thinking about fire and glass together sounds dangerous enough. I always mix my Blue Blazer with two steel tankards.
