Also Lizz in your live you mentioned unsure how to get to Ranni’s area above Liurnia. You need to follow Ranni on her journey. Go to the other tower by where she was. Portal will take you down to Nokstella Eternal City path. Find Ranni do her quest, she gives the key for chest at the Academy, take ring then go back down across the Scarlet Rot Lake follow path down to boss below it that allows access up to the area you want. This all takes a bit of time as quite a bit of content in it.
Hi Lizz, your going well. If you go to Erdtree/Gazing Hill grace site and look up hill to left you should see Millicent to give the arm to her. Then back to top grace site at Windmill village to talk one more time. Next time you see her should then be at the Giants area.
