Blower Motor & Resistor Replacement E450 ( Shuttle Bus Conversion Epi 6)

In this series of videos I will show you how to convert a shuttle bus into a Van Life RV Toy Hauler. In this video I will show you how to replace a resistor and blower motor on a E450 Shuttle Bus. It is very important to get all the mechanicals working correctly before you tackle the conversion. This is really easy and will only cost about $130.

What happened to this series? Ever finish the bus?

So I had a motocross accident that left me in a wheelchair for 8 weeks and then crutches for another 4 weeks. After that I decided to retire from riding and racing motocross. Because of that I sold the bus. However, I truly loved the bus and the idea of converting this into an RV. With that said I just looked at and bought 3 other buses that I will sell 2 and keep the best for my conversion. The series will be back to life shortly. I am going to fit it into time I have around the lake house cottage tear down and rebuild this summer. Sorry about starting this and not finishing it. As you know life happens. More coming soon.
