This is great stuff and always brings a chuckle. But can you imagine if it was a female being laughed at for looking chubby when they run? Ladies... this is how you deal with it. Don't be afraid to admit you could be in better shape, have a laugh at yourself, none of us are perfect. Stop being so defensive and stop demanding people find you 'beautiful' no matter how you look.
