- Hundreds of crazy overtakes after a silly Over the Bars crash at the start of the race which tweaked an old shoulder injury. Watch the most exciting race run of the year so far! Mass start madness. Crazy racing from the Nevis Range ski slopes to the new Blue and all the way down to the bottom of the hill.

@Jamesy Boy Shirley It does look like you guys are almost touching at take off. I wondered how close you were on landing (is it a 360 camera?) But you did have a good closure speed. I though the dive bomb in the woods was probably closer. I had a chuckle hearing the guy swearing away behind.
@@gt900uk Haha, aye, that guy was not happy!! Oops. I did definitely cut him off pretty bad. As for the jump, it felt close but I also wouldn’t have done it if anyone was actually in serious danger. Think I judged it pretty well and yeah, it’s a 360deg camera so gives some cool angles. Just takes a bit more editing work!

Thanks! I thought so too. Fully didn’t expect to race to the bottom but I started over taking people and the adrenaline kicked in… every cloud has a silver lining! Haha.

🤣 It was the Little Rock BEFORE the big rock that caught me out 😅 I should have just ran on the main line like everybody else but new lines are always more fun! Haha. I actually walked that bit of snow before hand and it didn’t seem tooooo soft. Just unfortunate to land funny and tweak my shoulder! Maybe next time I’ll rock up with a new set of specs just in case tho 🤓
