- The Church's 142nd temple and Arizona's fourth was dedicated and presided over by Thomas S. Monson, president of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on Sunday, 2 March 2014. His first counselor, President Henry B. Eyring in the First Presidency, also offered the temple dedicatory prayer in two of the sessions. www.mormonnewsroom.org/article...

I just saw this ~ and I got all teary eyed! I am so grateful for the Youth! One Gilbert Temple Cultural Celebration Adult Helper said ~ "The Youth Really SOAKED UP this Experience!" I love the pure love these youth have for The God of Abraham!
Nice video! my cousin lives there and his kids were able to participate in the youth cultural event.
What a beautiful building, grounds, and that terrific choir, outside at the dedicatory services! WOW! What a thrilling experience this must have been especially for the youth involved but also for those in attendance.

Why is it that there are 4 to 6 Temples in one City in the USA but in other countries there are if you are lucky only one temple in an entire country.
