Thanks for sharing!!🙏 I’m 56 now, diagnosed with Asperger’s at 37. I’ve been running my whole life, saying those same words “I don’t know”…. I’ve got physical skills but not mental abilities. I’ve been masking forever now I have hit the end of the line… Don’t know where to turn, full of embarrassment & shame. Tried to prepare for self sufficiency only to discover that relationships are the most important thing… Feeling quite hopeless indeed
Oh no, sorry to hear you're struggling. I hope you can find peace. I enjoy reading and learning through books and podcasts. My favourites right now are Rich Roll, Modern Wisdom with Chris Williamson and Impact Theory with Tom Bilyeu. Maybe try something like that?
Best watched at 2x speed. The speaker constantly wheezes and gasps for breath and pauses between every few words because he’s trying to walk and talk at the same time :/
