    Great to see determination and a bit of discomfort rewarded with some cracking finds. The education on the Jetton and the info about the Russian coin also much appreciated. What a great channel this is, love that funky little breakbeat drum machine loop too. Thanks Si.

    I appreciate your devotion out there in the cold. Once as a youngster on a freezing Feburary I striped down to my chonies and waded a river channel to reach a gravel bar. Ended up soaked to my chest and didn't find anything. In still cold from that one.

    • @andy2950
      @andy2950 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@janvafa4253 If I remember my school text books it's called 'thundersnow' ! It usually involves sleet or wet snow in the UK, and I think it can be triggered by cold fronts moving over warmer lakes or rivers. Probably something to do with the speed and pressure of the convection currents mixing. 👍

    What a great Si-Finds! I certainly had a great time watching and shivering a bit too. A snowy day here in Pennsylvania. It would be a frozen larking day here today. What great and interesting finds! Thanks for sharing your day. Now I'm hot to get my detector out in the spring and see what I can discover. Thanks Kindly Si-Finds! Peace Brother! Coins were sterling through 1919; 50% silver 1920-1946. Your ring is by the Diesel company, an Italian form founded in 1978. It is still in business, and has stores around the world, including the UK.

    Great video thanks for sharing again, I think the coin at 10:00 might have George 2nd's head on it, but hard to be sure of course.
