@Sparky Channel. Thanks Bill for reposting these videos. Great reminder and review of the various tools of the electrical trade.
Hope you and your family stay well and safe.

We have just purchased this meter alonv with tge Fev300. Have you any videos of using both together gor EV charge point testing?

The ground-loop impedance indicates the prospective short-circuit current. From this value you can see how high a short-circuit current would be on that outlet and if it is high enough to trip a circuit breaker or blow a fuse, depending on the tripping characteristic of the circuit breaker or the fuse.
For example, we got two major common tripping characteristics in Europe for circuit breakers. The first one is type B, mostly found in residentials. The second one is type C, mostly found in workshops. The difference is in the electromagnetic short-circuit detection, the thermal overload is the same on both.
Type B trips between 3 and 5 times of the rated current, for a B16 A circuit breaker this would be between 48 and 80A. Type C is between 5 and 10 times of the rated current, for a C16 A circuit breaker this would be between 80 and 160A. This is necessary to cover short peaks caused by initial currents. For example if you plug a PC into the outlet, and the capacitors of its power supply unit were drained, the initial current could be up to more than 30A. This is just for the fraction of a second, but in case of a sensitive circuit breaker it could be enough to trip.
So you need to see if the PSCC (prospective short-circuit current) is high enough to trip the breaker, in case of B16 A it must be more than 80A and in case of C16 A more than 160 A. In practice the value is in a TN system much higher, mostly round about 500 A. But also it shouldn't be too high, otherwise the circuit breaker can't switch the current off safely, most circuit breakers in residentials are rated for 6 or 10 kA, but the manufacturer must put this on the label.
B16 A circuit breaker, 10 kA, selectivity (the circuit breaker next to the fault shall always trip, not the higher one like for example a pre-fuse of the panel or in the worst case the main fuse of the house), there's also on new circuit breakers a coloured indicator, in this case in form of an arrow. Red is on, green is off.

And yes, the outgoing terminals are Wago type...you could connect two wires. To connect strip the wire to the propper size and push them in. To remove them stick a small flathead screwdriver into the slots below the openings for the wires.

Have they sorted out the "Error 1" issue yet?

I use a 1654B very much during my work. I was wondering how fast the results are being obtained when testing for impedance in milli Ohms setting?
With the 1654B it can take up to 30 seconds to get an result. When comparing to a Gossen Intro, the results in milli Ohms from the Gossen are as fast being obtained as the fluke in 'normal ' Ohms..quite the difference..
