I imagine the Xmaxx as the kinda father that's a little tough, yet very supportive.
my dad and I both have a slash 4x4 vxl. he teached me how to drive when we both had a Rustler vxl, but now I am as good as he is and I beat my dad in a race. but we always have a lot of fun!
@@MC-bg7ro if you don't crash you don't need to buy spares. yeah sometimes you crash and need to repair. but that is most times a few dollars. the only thing is that you need to be nice to your car. don't go full gas at once. and clean your car after driving because if you don't your car is more likely to break. hobby's unfortunately cost money
@@MC-bg7ro I usually don't need to spend a lot of money on my car. but my engine broke down resently and that is expensive... my ball gearing has run out and got stuck in my engine which killed it. but now I have a Hobbywing engine in my car (a lot of people do it when they first bought the car) and that engine is a bit stronger and way better for a 4x4 car.
but just give it a try and if you don't like it you can sell it

First off, dope video. But I'm still a little peeved about buying the Maxx version 1 about 3 days before you guys releases the V2. Oh well, I still love it.
V1 is better faster stronger. Don’t feel bummed sometimes better isn’t always newer.

@Traxxas why did you leave out the T-Maxx?? Arguably the best RC nitro truck that there is and also Carrie’s the Maxx name! We gotta have more nitros, can’t let them die out! Two of the three Traxxas vehicles I own are nitro, being the Nitro Slash and the T-Maxx 3.3. We gotta have more nitro, can’t let it die out!!

i love my v1 maxx, but fix the damn axle problem on all of the maxxs! if the axles on my rustler can take the punch from a castle sidewinder 3 system on 3s and not break once, than axles for the maxx should be able to take a punch from the stock system on 3s and not break too; but they break anyways! other than that it is still rlly fun to drive. i drive it on 4s sometimes and crash it a lot and have not broken any parts of the suspension other than axles in my 1 year of ownership
