To be honest I prefer the original because it's more true to their raw sound. This version reflects the fact we've all got older and they've been around a long time, so it's a lot more cleaner and refined. The demo definitely still has my heart, which is in their own words "like an armchair, it's inclined to recline and sweep you off your feet".
All American rejects said they didn't wanna sing love songs anymore cause they are 40 now but idk what that has to do with anything. This is amazing and I've had it on repeat for a while. Glad you guys are back.
