And some 911s The shamal was a disappointment compared to my previous cars, when the 3200 came out I thought about it as it looked so Maserati, but the engine was the same as the shamal. When the 4200 was created , it came with an engine from Ferrari so I purchased it. Honestly, it's the best sports car I have ever driven. The engine now fits the Maserati looks, even the clock is set in leather, not plastic like the cars that came after. It's a dream to drive , but you have to spend at least week getting to know it.
I admit to finding these cars super sexy while not liking Ferraris or Lambos and yes, both are superior cars . I cannot put my finger on what I love about Masseratis but I have loved them since age 6 . I guess I am more of a style than performance guy but I doubt I am alone in that .
