Forget supermarket sandwich bread, I bring you the perfect recipe for a healthier and much tastier homemade sandwich bread. It is soft as a pillow inside, the crust is thin and crispy, and the toasted sesame seeds on top add an amazing aroma! *Just a quick note* : when I made this bread my kitchen was very warm, for the last stage (after you shaped the dough and put it in the loaf pan) it could take a little longer for it to rise. If your kitchen is cooler, just wait until it almost doubles in size, even if it takes 1-1.5 hours.
WOW ! As always … amazing ! Do you have a recipe for “pan de Cristal”. I looked through your numerous videos but I did not find your version of that bread. Thanks !
@@Food-Language Oh ! So looking forward to your version of these two delicious breads. Once again, I want to congratulate you for your work. Have a nice week end
The way you handle the bread😮😮literally I'm addicted. I didn't know how to bake bread but now I'm learning it from you. You look so calm & I'm just opposite. Your videos are like a therapy, everytime I get a chance to learn something. Love from India 🇮🇳
Made this today which was my first time ever baking bread from scratch. So pleased with the result. Thank you for giving me the confidence to attempt this. Looking forward to doing more bread making at home. Live from the Jersey Shore.
Wow, got to try this loaf, I bake sourdough bread all the time so I don’t buy it anymore and sometimes you just want a loaf for dinner and this is so much quicker. 🇨🇦 Quebec.
This looks like a really easy recipe, compared to some I have tried. Thank you for the tutorial. I will give it a try as I am sick of all the additives added to supermarket bread.
Thanks Helen, yes, me too. 20-25 ingredients in a loaf when you only need a handful to make tasty bread. Thanks for watching and let me know how it turns out.
This looks like a winner! Thank you for using a cover while proofing the loaf. We have enough plastic waste already. I'l make this one next and will be happy to report back, thank you!
Saya suka makan roti tak kisah roti apa pun saya makan....roti dalam video ni semestinya saya sangat suka, by the way saya dari Malaysia🇲🇾🤗saya akan save resepi ini sungguh lembut Dan sangat menyelerakan Terima Kasih Untuk resepi ini ❤

Today, it is the second time I bake this bread in less then 2 weeks. It remains soft for at least 2 days. Maybe ever 3 days, but we ate it all! Thank you
Hey, thanks for a great recipe and method for this sesame-encrusted loaf. Tried it for the first time today, here in Culpeper, VA USA, and it turned out super! Small note to others than may help: make sure to use uncooked sesame seeds in and on the bread rather than roasted ones as they may flash in the oven and set off your smoke alarm. (Don't ask me how I know that.) I made two smaller loaves rather than the big one in the video. Your methods are much quicker to get a nice loaf than others I've tried, so thanks for the time savings as well.
Looking at the first 30 posts, you are the only one that actually said they had made this recipe; everyone else just said they planned to make it. Glad to hear it turned out. What yeast did you use?
I tried this recepie yesterday. The ratio flower water didn't work for me. The dough was very dry. I had to add more water. The taste was good though. Thank you for sharing!
Thanks. You did the right thing, some flours absorb more water than others, especially those with a higher protein content. If you adjust the water to get the consistency you see in the video, you'll be fine!

Thanks Emmanuelle! I don't yet have it, but it's on my list alongside its sister ciabatta.
