      I never used dough enhancers, but instant yeast will work just fine. You can mix it directly into the flour.

      Thank you! I have several focaccia recipes, and a new one in the works with the inclusion of whole wheat flour. I also have some old pizza recipes, but they are from my earlier days of learning how to make videos haha (I'm still learning).

      Hi John, that's on me, I forgot to add the time in the video and added it later in the TH-cam subtitles. Bake for 10 more minutes and lower the temperature to 390°F (200°C).

      Thank you! All you need is a timer, the steps are so quick that you just do them, set the timer and forget about the dough. The result is well worth the wait!

      Use whatever dry yeast you have, active dry yeast is the perfect substitute (it's exactly the same as fresh yeast, but dehydrated). Instant yeast also works. As for the temperature, you can turn your oven on for a couple of minutes, turn it off and put the dough inside to rise in a warm environment. 10°C will work too, but you'd have to leave your dough to rise overnight.
