I think its imposible to do UV 100% everything (items also), this is an annoying category that is imposible because you need to create a route that considers taking every single item in the map, meaning strategically shooting, getting hurt and lowering armor to the purpose etc. Without saying 100% kills and secrets at the same time. I mean is 100% posible, its just very annoying to perfect, i dont think Zero has the patience.
Fun fact: if Zero Master's wife would be ready to leave in 1 hour, he'd finish Doom 2 on Nightmare difficulty on 100% secrets and still have 16 minutes left to have a shower and get dressed.

Even on a setting where all enemies cheat, he can't be stopped! The game needs cheat codes just to slow him down! Edit: Not only did he show he can do it again but he beat his previous time and world record!
