    This is very informative because I suffer from social anxiety and when I feel people are looking at me I start to walk different. I feel with your technique I will have more confidence. Thank you

      Has this helped you even I have SA and walk every weirdly when people look at me. What else has helped you I can't get in a relationship and lead a normal life because of it. Please help.

      It's really uncomfortable and frustrating, Confidence is the key and then posture!
      I have a posterior pelvic tilt, which makes my posture really bad, But I'm working on it!
      I don't know you, but if you trust yourself you can do anything body!

      When i think about it while walking, I feel worst, I've been doing some exercise and I really feel better about it!
      I'll give you an advice and I hope it works!
      Each time you start walking weirdly and get nervous in public, breath deeply and think that you are just a normal person like any and there's nothing wrong with .

      Move your hands and have a good posture. It helped me, if you cling onto someone while going to public places, try to stop it little by little. walk around on your own. It'll help a lot believe me. and also be confident in urself cause that's the key

    Been hesitating to look up how to literally walk for a while but i feel that exact way you describe. I have been working on inproving my posture for years and I couldnt figure out how i stil feel weird when walking and someone while I skate I feel better about my posture. This explains it! I have been so mindful of how i shift my weight and every part of my body while skating but I guess i needed to do that for walking as well. Thank you so much for sharing this!

      @@Huero510 i was walking just fine(maybe weird i didn't notice and didn't care much about it) until a year ago a friend of mine pointed out i walk weirdly, ahh from then i started walking more weirdly without knowing and more people started pointing out. Whenever I go out I'm always uncomfortable when walking and i don't know who should I talk to. Can't talk to my parents and friends about this they can't understand 😪

    This explains why I sometimes feel off while walking through a restaurant or in an open area where I'm not carrying anything. I've always walked in a stiff manner to look like I wasn't moving around too much because I'm afraid to look like a dork, but I end up looking like an even bigger one trying to walk the way I walk!

    Daniel was teaching me about this yesterday and he is spot on with what he is talking about, I am now doing my best to be conscious around walking in the way daniel teaches in this video, at first it's making me so so uncomfortable like as if people are watching me and judging me which is not something that I experience in my life every normally haha but its good, time to feel the discomfort and do it anyway.

    Another major factor is a lack of straight arm training for example Maltese training on gymnastics rings or various types of planche training
    I found over years that the straight arm training help connect some areas of my mind and body together which has radically improved my natural walking ability
    I've been meaning to make a rolling rope via your DIY video to train this one exercise that you provide however

    Thank you for this video! I've been walking barefoot for months 2 times a day thru the park and my walking has changed a lot. I'm going to definitely add some more sway and pay attention to that. You look so natural and like you say confident doing that. We have been taught to walk like soldiers and to minimize that natural sway as if it is a strut that is cocky or something that pimps do. I'm going for my walk right now and do some pimping!

      accept it or work on it. staying in between (like hating it) is just a bad thing to do
      also first accept it and then start working on it. don't lie to yourself
      and use that "fake it until you make it" trick correctly. watch hamza's videos about it

      Look in to flobility. Your spine should have curves
