Bellissimo lavoro, progettato con Solidworks, come sei riuscito a tagliare la grafica adesiva a mano libera senza rovinarla nella zona della trackball, dove non c’è margine?
I assume you're running 2 ipac ultimates in there since all the buttons and rgb you have. Is it hard to configure both at the same time? Is there anything I should know about that before trying to do it?
Hi, yes I run two Ultimate IO boards. Send me an email when you are ready with installing them and I will help you out. Not difficult but you need to know some things 👍🏽🕹
My dad and I have been working on an arcade for years. How did you get the acrylic for the button board? Or more specifically, how did you cut it and get it to look so clean?
I made the design in CAD software and used a Laser cutter to cut the plexiglass. This is the only way getting the plexiglass this clean. You can find companies that can laser cut a small project for you in almost every country I am sure. If you need help with the CAD design, you can always send me an email. Thanks, Daniel (thedanielspies at gmail.com)
Hey Daniel I am building my own arcade machine, could you tell me where I can find a 43" active marquee for sale online and how much I should expect to pay? I'm having a really hard time finding one. Thanks.
These do not exist I am afraid. Well, maybe they do but I have never seen / found one. I always use 28 inch Marquees from Wisecoco. You can also check if Pixelcade sells larger lcd’s? Kind regards, Daniël
Hello Daniel. Impressive work indeed. Quick question. How do you align the piano hinge on the control panel? Ive tried to do it on my arcade cab and failed miserably. Could you send some advise? Many thanks in advance.
Hey die Daniel, I like your precise work and wonderful results! Interesting to see the build in more detail this time as well. Nog ff sparen voor mijn custom Arcade kast, als het zover is hoor je het :D
I noticed you have two servostiks for player 1 & 2 but not for 3 & 4? is that because you don't need them because 4 player games are almost always 8 way? what sticks do you use for 3 & 4?
Hi, Yes 2 servostiks will do the job. You can buy J-Stik controllers at Ultimarc. These are the same without the servo motor. I use these for Players 3 and 4 Thanks, Daniel
It is a 4" screen. Here is a link. You should be able to find it everywhere I think: www.kiwi-electronics.nl/ws-12030&search=ws-120&description=true For the plans, you can send me an email: thedanielspies{at}gmail.com Thanks, D
Hello, great vid, what company did you use for the greencast plexiglass, also how did you translate your measurements to get it cut perfectly to match?
@@TheDanielSpies_Arcades Hi Daniel, is the MDF 15mm that you're using for the control panel? I'm guessing on the basis that the plexiglass is 3mm and the MDF is 15mm that will total 18mm which is the popular thickness of the T-Molding edging.
Looks fantastic Daniël!
Simply a work of art! great job.
Looks excellent, great craftsmanship.
Great video! Damn nice work!
That came out amazing! Good job
absolutely amazing. Thank you for sharing.
Great Video Daniel!
Now you just motivated me to do my own. Can you post all materials used . and a plan pdf lay out of the board...
Good lord that is incredible
LEGEND work👏👏👍❤️
How deep did you cut the areas for the joysticks?
The panel is 18mm, the pocket depth is 8mm. Thanks, D

Cutting the vinyl is r e a l l y easy! Just try it and you will see that it is not difficult at all. Thanks, D

@@TheDanielSpies_Arcades thanks alot! It will be a while before I get to that point but I definitely will get ahold of you!
awesome job! mind me asking what are the dimensions of the cp? thanks!
Hi, around 115 cm width and 40 deep I remember.
Looks really great! Witch glue do you use to get the plexiglas stuck on the panel with the vinyl print?
No glue ;-) The buttons keep the plexi attached to the panel
Awesome video. This is so amazing. What does the lcd monitor at the bottom of the controller provide? Or what do you use it for?
Hi, it shows Game-Art, or it can show controls. It is a lot of fun!
@@TheDanielSpies_Arcades that’s awesome! I like the idea show controls. Thanks!

Working on a new video (multiple parts) for a huge pedestal build. I will include a piece of the hinge attachment for you. Thanks, Daniel
@@TheDanielSpies_Arcades thank you so much!! have a great day!
Hey I looked at the video I still didn't see how you mounted the stream deck to the play field
Hi Cedric, I used a blob of hot-glue first, but now the cutout is so accurate that it is a pressure fit 👍🏽
@@TheDanielSpies_Arcades ok my man I'm going to home depot to get a blob of hot glue and big glue gun fingers crossed 🤞

Hello, great vid, what company did you use for the greencast plexiglass, also how did you translate your measurements to get it cut perfectly to match?
