Dutch, when feeding the cats, you may want to start feeding their moist food on a plate because their whiskers are sensitive. I learned the hard way feeding my 3 cats.
Never feed animals out of cans. And your dogs are always eating the cat food and cats aren't getting all their food. Also, we have always fed our horses from a low feeder it helps them digest and eat their food easier. There is a lot to learn about keeping ponies.
We always feed our cats on paper plates. Just never feed cats out of a can. It isn't safe for them or other pets you have to eat it of tin cans. Ponies are cute!.

I guess you could say I spend my days in my Assisted Liviing Facility living my days now just living my life vicariously through your videos. The love of Christ in in my heart all day, every day and I live every day with joy. Much like you, I didn't know Christ before the age of 46. Then after waking from a coma, finding my husband died in our vehicle accident, not being able to remember my two children, and realizing that I suffered spinal injuries, lung injuries, skull fractures, brain damage and multiple bone fractures, and I would have to learn how to talk and walk again in order to have a life again. I gave up, I just told God he wasn't real if He thought I could ever believe he loved me, if he could leave me like this. Well, he didn't. Every day I woke I heard him speak to me. He promised to walk beside me, he promised to heal me, he he promised to carry me when I became to tired, he even promised to carry my burdens when I became weary. All I had to do was to teach my children my love for Christ by trying every day to get better. I llowed them to hear my prayers asking Him for his help with my exercises every day. I have my live, my kids adapted well without their father and have adapted to me just living 8n a different environment. I still have some 0hysical and mental shortcomings, but who doesn't I'm human and if I God is pleased with the way I am, you can sure know that I am pleased with the way I am. Even the cats shouldn't eat out of the cans. If you don't want to put bowls out, use one of you wood scraps. On the paint, I'd go with the darker one. The other one is too close to white. The darker one has a little bit of warmth to it.

Dutch, I am a retired interior designer. I love both colors and I recommend you use both of them! The light color, would look great on the walls. The darker shade would be a great accent color like for cabinets or bedrooms or bathrooms. Glad Gracie is doing ok and the kitties are too! Blessings, Texas Deb ❤️
The lighter color will reflect more light and the darker will reflect less light. So it really depends on how much light you want in your bedroom. I like the lighter shade myself. Oooor, you could do only the wall behind your bed in the darker and make it a statement wall.... lol It's looking good and glad Gracie is okay!

I have been using the Fetch app for a couple of years, lots of gift cards! An idea for extra Sheetrock, I covered it with either fabric or contact paper according to the pattern wanted then mounted it to my sons bedroom wall and then gave him pushpins to hang whatever wanted and saved the walls from a million holes! He had two in his room
So glad Gracie is OK and no one else was injured in the filming of this video😉. I would go with the lighter color because it seems like paint always dries darker, it may look even darker the following day.

I vote for the darker color! It will really POP with the white ceilings ... trim it out with white. You will Love it! I did it in one entire house and put wood/lamented flooring in. Turned out AMAZING!

I found 2 drop offs in my back yard kittens, they have been going for their shots so I have to laugh, these girls growl at each other and swat each other so I separate their food and when they are done they are off to the races in the house, I don't understand it either, cat food is dangerous for dogs, just so you know. For the house color I like the lighter one. But I’m partial to the light neutral wall colors. It’s easier to change the decor, pillows, blankets and furniture! When we feed wet food to our cats my husband was using 2 paper plates, but now uses an old pizza tray! They just gather up to it like little furry piggies 😁! Their dry food is in separate cat bowls 😊. Eddie sure did look sore, favored his right hind leg☺️. Thank you for sharing, take care, and have fun painting🤗💕!

The darker color goes well for your bedroom it is a very relaxing color an can easily go with any decor. I did all my bedrooms In sage green even though the rooms are painted the same each has its own decor. The bathrooms an hall an living area is done with your lighter.your hone is beautiful love the great room.looking forward to seeing you all settled in next yr..have agreat weekend. 🌻🌻

The inside is beginning to shape up now and that’s exciting. I’m hearing so many who are doing construction saying it is hard to find materials, usuall have to wait or order, then finding prices high. Sweet Hadley always helping dad! She is gathering lots of skills for her future. For my cats I had individual dishes for their food n a bowl to share water. Fairly cheap at Walmart and Dollar General. Even could color code them.. the girls would enjoy picking them out. On the paint.. what color blends with the rock/stone fireplace …since it will be the focus feature in the room. Take the Board over there to choose.

From a vet tech, never feed your animals out of the food cans. The can has sharp edges and will cut the cats & of course it got poor Gracie. They would be better to eat it off the ground than from the cans. Congratulations on the awesome progress!!! We’re remodeling out barnapartment & it’s similar to your colors. The light gray is the walls & the dark gray is the wood trim, lower bath & kitchen cabinets & I was going to paint the doors but just felt it was too much so they are the light gray. The upper cabinets & shelves will stay white. I’m quite happy in the 600 square feet. 400 square foot is kitchen & living room. That’s perfect for two old people. We are adding about 150😮 square feet from our 1800 square foot barn by adding a walk in closet, extra pantry & freezer storage & a 1/2 bath which even with just 2 old people is a must. Our barnapartment will grow to 750 square feet & my sweet hubby will still have 1050 square feet, room for 😢his toys.

I like the darker gray. As far as the cats eating out of the cans, cats have sensitive whiskers and are better eating out of plates, preferably not plastic. Paper plates are great for that. You also could put the cats food somewhere that the dogs can't get to it. I also would check Gracies injuries to make sure she doesn't get an infection. Glad it wasn't too serious. House is looking great. So close to the end of construction.
Use the darker one as an accent wall and the lighter for the other walls. The girls can add color to their rooms with drapes, bedspreads, pillows and artwork.
Lighter gray. Dont want it too dark. Use the light on walls and dark gray trim. That's what my daughter did and it looks great. It helps hide shoe scuffs etc on trim boards.
So glad you used good paint we learned our lesson the hard way. Bought paint from the big box lumber store and it was awful bought paint from Sherwin Williams big difference.SW paint went on much smoother and is a stronger bond to the wall. Cheaper paint chipped and wash not as washable. House is looking good. I think Gracie leaned a valuable lesson.
I suggest putting the colour board next to the masonary heater and walking by it at different times in daylight and artificial light. Then you could decide if you want an accent wall.
use both. mostly the light one and use the dark one for a few accent walls!! great choice on both tho...! if u paint the wall u will b looking at when trying to fall asleep it will reflect less light. that is the way I choose my accent walls.. from weather or not I want to brighten or darken an area that maybe has too much ot too less amount of brightness for what I decorated each room like and where the pieces of furniture are located...
You have to remember when you paint all four walls the paint looks darker when you're done I think it is if I'm not mistaken it gets twice as dark so you might want to go at the lighter one to get to the darker shade check that out just a heads up
Great paint choices. I would the lighter gray in the bedrooms since they are smaller rooms, and the dark gray in the main area. The darker gray will look nicer with the fireplace, too.
In a set of dishes there are usually dessert dishes or tiny baking dishes that no one uses. If yours doesn't, go to thrift store and pick some up. I have very small correll wear bowls for cats. So easy to clean.

Its just pure laziness feeding from the can. So many things bad can happen, god forbid those cats or one of the dogs cuts their tongue on one.

They sell safety can openers that cut in to the side of the can and don’t leave sharp edges. I’ve switched to them and love them

Hey, just a point of safety for your kitties. Food should be in dishes, do not feed out of the can. They can get seriously cut up by the can edges.

Hadley has grown so tall over the summer and I would give the cats their own bowl cause the can could cut them too and house is looking good

You also could put the cats food somewhere that the dogs can't get to it. I also would check Gracies injuries to make sure she doesn't get an infection. Glad it wasn't too serious. Use the darker one as an accent wall and the lighter for the other walls. The girls can add color to their rooms with drapes, bedspreads, pillows and artwork.

I really like the lighter gray. As decor colors change you wouldn’t have to change the paint just accent pieces.

I would use the darker color since you have a large open area. It will be a nice contrast with the ceiling

Lighter gray. Dont want it too dark. Use the light on walls and dark gray trim. That's what my daughter did and it looks great. It helps hide shoe scuffs etc on trim boards.
So glad you used good paint we learned our lesson the hard way. Bought paint from the big box lumber store and it was awful bought paint from Sherwin Williams big difference.SW paint went on much smoother and is a stronger bond to the wall. Cheaper paint chipped and wash not as washable. House is looking good. I think Gracie leaned a valuable lesson.
I suggest putting the colour board next to the masonary heater and walking by it at different times in daylight and artificial light. Then you could decide if you want an accent wall.
use both. mostly the light one and use the dark one for a few accent walls!! great choice on both tho...! if u paint the wall u will b looking at when trying to fall asleep it will reflect less light. that is the way I choose my accent walls.. from weather or not I want to brighten or darken an area that maybe has too much ot too less amount of brightness for what I decorated each room like and where the pieces of furniture are located...

Use the Light Gray then pick one wall as the ..accent wall.. and paint it the Dark Gray color.
You have to remember when you paint all four walls the paint looks darker when you're done I think it is if I'm not mistaken it gets twice as dark so you might want to go at the lighter one to get to the darker shade check that out just a heads up

Great paint choices. I would the lighter gray in the bedrooms since they are smaller rooms, and the dark gray in the main area. The darker gray will look nicer with the fireplace, too.
In a set of dishes there are usually dessert dishes or tiny baking dishes that no one uses. If yours doesn't, go to thrift store and pick some up. I have very small correll wear bowls for cats. So easy to clean.
