If the pressure dial is too far to the left then the grind consistency and amount of espresso in the basket are likely not optimal.
The dial too far to the left means the espresso is being under-extracted.

Ciao for now!
Was that a cappuccino? 😅 oh goodness
Hi there,
We will continue to work on our latte art! It was very tasty though!!
Cheers!
hello, please tell me why the pressure gauge may not work?
Hi Sveta,
Thanks for your question.
The pressure guage may not be moving as it should if the amount of coffee in the portafilter is too much or too little.
Additionally, the grinder setting is very important as well. The grind of coffee and consistency can alter the pressure and affect the gauge from moving.
You can reach out to a DeLonghi tech agent to have this confirmed too - 1888 335 6644. Continue thru to a live agent and they can assist you further with troubleshooting if needed.
Ciao for now.
Is this machine 100 percent stainless steel?
Hello,
No automatic machine is all stainless steel. There are internal parts that are different materials to compose the overall unit, gaskets, washers, tubing, boiler, drip tray, etc.
Thank you.
I accidentally start the descaling process, it’s been going on for hours, how can I stop it? I tried trim machine off, but when I turn back on, still flashing as not finished, how can I force the process to stop……
Hi Jeremy,
You must complete the cycle fully.
Please connect to a DeLonghi rep and they will troubleshoot with you over the phone.
Their contact number is 1 888 335 6644 Mon-Fri 9am to 8pm EST.
press the Tea button for 10 seconds it will stop the process !

Hello! Thanks for the video…helping a lot. However, I have a question: when I’m warming the milk, I can’t get the good milk cream from the bottom like you. Any help ? More time or another thing ?
might depend on the kind of milk. fatty milk froths best.
Fattier milk is best, also some really cheap brands of milk store it at freezing temperatures, which might cause it to not froth. Milk alternatives such as oat/rice/soya also froth very badly. Try out different brans of milk c:!
is this good for ultra start up cafe? 30 to 40 cups in 5-6hrs?
Hey there, I am sure you have determined which unit would be great for your cafe.
I would suggest a larger unit with two boilers, like the Lelit Bianca for example - www.consiglioskitchenware.com/products/lelit-bianca-pl162t-v2
Ciao!
Is there a difference between the 2 machines with different steam Wands?
Hi Christian,
Maestro - can manually froth and can also froth automatically
Prestigio - can froth manually
Thanks for the question.

To clean a sticky grinder run a cup of rice through it, apart from that very good video, thanks.
Hi there,
I do not recommend running rice through any grinder of any machine. If it worked for you in the past that is great.
Keep in mind running rice through the grinder would void the warranty.
Always reach out to the manufacturer tech department to confirm a cleaning process first if you are unsure, or if you have any questions about the process outlined within the manual.
Cheers.
I dont have enough grinded coffee from the grinder. The knob it do not working.
Hi Ricardo,
To increase the amount of ground coffee you must increase the dose level via the dial.
If the dial is not working please connect with a DeLonghi Tech Support Agent @ 1888 335 6644 Canada.

Sorry but has this machine not only dual wall fake preasure baskets???
Hi Matthias, this machine features 2 baskets, a single basket for one shot and a double basket for two shots. Both baskets are single-walled baskets! Thanks for reaching out!
Did you even watch the video?
@@sanchezzz1 Indeed I did, but I realized later that was the new Version of Specialista and that has of course Single Wall baskets. Thought she talks about the first Version and that has only Dual baskets.
