My Favorite of ALL TIME ! Simple but Clean. Best action ever. cant beat the in-game clan rankings . Just the best. my start into competitive gaming. Great video
@@PrimitiveMLG good times...but I was notorious for friendly fire when it comes to helos...hahaha...people figure out i can't fly for shit, just needed it to get to my sniper's nest
My favorite memories on ps2 were: covering vehicles in an absurd amount of c4 (i think you could throw like 12 charges?) and carbombing the enemy team. Also, you could chat with enemies in proximity I think because I have memories of getting sniped, hunting down the sniper, and chatting with him for a bit before stabbing him.
Awesome memories Devon, I didn't know you played BF2MC! 12 C4 sounds about right I think you could lay 9 landmines, after that they would disappear. Definitely remember being able to talk to the other team, I don't remember what it was called in the settings but there was an option to turn that off.
That was the standard operating procedure in games like capture the flag. C4 charges on the jeep and then you drive like hell towards the enemy flag, jump out and detonate it. Flag was always protected by mines and C4.
2005 era was honestly the peak of videogames in my opinion. So many classic titles. The games nowadays look nicer but are worse in every other way. You nailed it in this video. Silent ghost-towns of people grinding unlockables and other trash. No one working together and playing for fun. It's a damn shame. You never realize when you are living in the golden age until after it is over. :(
If you remember at least on the Xbox it showed how many hours you have played I had something over 2200. If the game were still online I promised you I would still be playing right now
This is by far my favorite game I have EVER played. It's imperfections almost made it even better. The glitches were hilarious and added another level of knowledge and skill to the game in their own right. This game was the perfect combination of skill-based-play, simplicity, and pure goofiness. What are your favorite memories from this game? My favorite memory is when I once got killed by a barrel that was launched so high into the air by an artillery strike on back-stab that I noticed it as a spec in the sky and had several seconds to observe it and ask my friends in the room what that spec was. The barrel grew in size faster than I could respond and the next thing I knew I was dead watching a barrel bounce away. My friends and I probably laughed for a solid 30 minutes as I had a well-documented history of dying in the most sporadic ways. Another time, my friend managed to dodge a ground to air missile in his helicopter. I was running under him in a valley and the missile hit me. I can specifically remember the noName clan and the WarDog clans although there were so many more. My friends and I made Duh Presidents Clan and all of our names were U.S. President related. We had "I like Ike" (Eisenhower), H0nest Ab3, Obama, Clinton, President Nixon, and so many more. We only played 1 map in ranked (Honor) and mastered every detail of this one map to the point where we could compete with even the top 3 clans. Our highest ranking ever was Rank 3 but we consistently floated in the top 20.
dude i remember loving this game to death, remember the menu music on the xbox 360 dude? it was incredible, i dont know if its the same menu music as the xbox/ps2 version. Also i have great memories trying to rank up in this game because it was based on a "point to minute" system, where the more points you gain on your average minute determines your rank. I also remember Bridge too far and Backstab. The campaign and being able to switch soldiers was freaking awesome. So many great memories with this game it was actually ahead of its time.
@@LelandReview i cant believe it! I dont know how i even got that game. I dont really like war games...but i played this like a maniac. It was fun as fuck. N i thought games now r better but they're not! Thank god i had some good times.
I loved bridge too far, the Chinese team was OP though. Their heli had more seats and their jeeps had grenade launchers. I remember several games having the American team trapped to their base, circling them with the heli. If the game were pretty competitive a friend and I would take the jeep and seek up on tanks and destroy them with the grenade launcher, lol they usually couldn't react fast enough. The nostalgia is real man.
I played SOOOOO much of this game on PS2. I was obsessed with BF2 at the time but too young/broke for a PC so I watched dozens of hours of BF2 tactics and implemented them into this game and remember pulling off stuff I’m sure most players had never thought of. The desert/city map and Chinese city map were my absolute favorite. I remember learning how to dodge the sniper AA Designator missile and getting called a cheater . One of my favorites to this day.
Bring it back, this by far was my favorite games to play casually or competitively, it's by far the most fun and skill based battlefield i've ever played and i still to this day play the heck out of battlefield games just not bf1 or bfv, those aren't real battlefiled games imo.
I find it very hard to believe that you didnt mention the c4 play. Throwing a couple c4s on the front of a car then running that car towards a tank then jumping out and detonating it and destroying said tank was till this day, thee most satisfying experiences in my entire gaming career. Thank you for the memories
Spent hours on this ,teams being trapped in tents at Backstab...Spec ops prob my favourite bf map to date, had so many tho Little big Eye,Honor,Hidden,Russian Border,Missile Crisis..Clan matches were a pain to get started but fun as hell.I still play with the same group of guys that met on this game.Played it on XBOX,360 and PS2.
Right on, great vid. Really appreciate the acknowledgment of how valuable the memories are of games like this. It was a big anticipation of mine, knowing it was more of an actual online game. It delivered. And oh my, that parachute.
Brings me back man, that intro lol. I also played it a lot online back in the day. Absolutely underrated game. Single-player was frustrating tbh, but multiplayer was unlike anything else on console at the time. I've said it before and I'll say it again, all DICE needs to do is remaster these older entries and it would save the damn franchise.
Thank you so much for making this video. Every year around this time, I get the urge to revisit this game. Play a match of Hidden, Deadly Pass, Backstab or the other amazing maps this game offered. I'd genuinely take a week off of work if the online game was ever restored and playable. Your video, while informative and appreciated also made me so damn sad. I miss this game so much. When I found out the servers for the Xbox 360 version were shutting down I played as much as I could until they were shut down and when I loaded the game up knowing it would say "Could not connect to the EA Servers" my heart broke, even knowing that message would pop up. I wish I had the technical know how to mod the game to work and build a community around it again, but I do not. Maybe, just maybe, one day EA will recognise the impact this game had an re-release it but I do not have high hopes. If you're ever looking for someone that shares your same passion for this game, hit me up.
Hey great to meet another hardcore BF2MC fan, funny you should mention a mod I am working on remaking the game or at least Bridge Too Far. Also I have setup a discord group for old players of the game you should join, link in the description.
Dude my heart just melted 💔 Battlefield 2 Mc for PS2 was the first online game for PS2 that I had played.. This video brings back sooooo many good memories it's not even funny... I've met people on their that I still play with today. I loved the action never a dull moment .. my favorite map was bridge too far capture the flag was nice, Russian border was another fave .. I always used the sniper which came with a nice quick scope glitch and no scope diving😀... I remember late nights trying get the score up more and more running flags.. base camping in helicopter trying to dodge laser strikes ...doing backflips and barrel rolls in said heli .. joining a server with knives only watching people run around on say Black Gold trying to knife eachother ... By far the best online game ive played to date ... I still use this game as an example how multiplayer being so simple is what made it so great.. my name was joegun and I miss this damn game so much 😭
Nice to meet another hardcore BF2MC fan! You must have player a lot to remember the knife fight rooms, barrel rolls and quick sniping. Did you play on the orignial xbox? We have a discord group full of old players and we are trying to remake the game in the Unreal engine.
@@JMMREVIEW I used to play it on the PlayStation 2.. always had the sniper class 😁 i remember putting a ton of c4 on cars and jumping out blowing people up , sniping landmines when they pass by lol things like that.. I remember being able to inside the Chinese building on bridge too far as well as different glitches to get in certain buildings .. I didnt really like the way the Xbox 360 version felt when you played it but I still did I actually have some videos on TH-cam about that ... Are those members you speak of from PS2?
The fact you could sit by the ammo refill box and cover your car with c4, then drive it in somewhere, jump out, let it roll into the enemy then detonate the c4. I think you could get like 15 on it if you stood by the ammo refill box, otherwise it was like 4.
hey dude my story of bf2mc: 1 i see this game in a store and i ask my mom if she can buy it for me... yes i get it !! 1.1 i play it for a very longe time solo on my ps2 (the one who hasn`t a ethenert conection) 2 a few years late my budy get a ps3 !! and he ask me i have bf2mc ... i say yes but why do u ask me ... he say this game is a online game u can play it online with other real players ... i was very confused about this information... also pick up the game and run to his home .. 2.1 first time we put the ethernet cabel into the ps3 ... update the system .. 3 hours ... we was hypet as helll.. also we put the game in and than creat a account with fake informatons ... this was a hell to do it we dont know waht to put in the informations ( dont know how to great a email ) also we use a feak email and oder fake informatons ... 3 first time online .. we see there was 4 classes ... i say pick up the sniper .. he did it and we spawn he see`s a attack chopper ... he run to get in it .. starts flying .. 2 secs later he crash it :D also we trained in the game to get better and better .. we have a great time with this game .. and a lot of funny moments with other player there was no comonication with them also u crunch and sty up and crunch very fast to say hello and the other players do the same to say hello ... great time i like to remember ..
Thanks for sharing :) my story is similar, I didn't know about the game until my friend told me about it and he helped me setup the online mode I would never been able to set that up myself.
Man I had the demo for the Xbox version of this game from Xbox magazine, and got it day 1. So many memories on backstab backflipping choppers, bridge too far land mines on the ramps, Russian border etc. This was my first battlefield experience, and the first online game I played for a long period of time. It blew my mind seeing all these people playing together on one map, as I will always be a console guy. I still play BF to this day and it remains my go to online shooter despite some ups and downs. I wish they would remaster some of these maps for newer titles. Cheers man, this game was truly a game changer for me personally. It did so many things first for me all those years ago.
It's one of those sensitive topics for me. I want to go back so badly that I don't want to hear about it. One of my first multiplayer experiences, made many friends, and spent every waking minute of my free time on the game. It was my escape
Thank you SO MUCH for doing this! My favorite all time online fps; nothing has been as balanced and nothing with as good as a community. This was my first game where I hit leader boards on and would run into the same group of people both on my team and the other team. Not to mention, SUCH a great soundtrack. It's such a crime that of all the Battlefield games mentioned in the gaming community, this one, a game with such fantastic online experience and influenced online gaming heavily is almost always completely left out of the conversation. I never had a capture card so I just recorded games with a camcorder on the TV and actually have a couple clips. One on my channel of sniping a HELO pilot and jumping in his chopper as it hit the ground and evading an enemy rocket while flying away. One of my favorite moments and actually got it on film. Xbox: Sergeant Moose, Lead Chariot PS2: Crow 2x
I get the feeling that most people think that COD4 modern warfare was the first big online FPS game but I don't even think COD would have went modern if not for the success of BF2MC. I have always thought BF2MC is as important to the FPS genre as goldeneye was but with nowhere near as much recognition. Did you say you had a clip on your channel? I couldn't find it. We have started a community on Discord if you feel like talking to old players.
@@JMMREVIEW Ends up it was on my personal account, I'll dig up that file on my old hard drive along with some sniper gameplay footage and upload that. For now, here is the link watch?v=D2yThfG2FDY I'll definitely join that discord. And I'm in definite agreement about BF2MC's influence in the genre's development.
I was on the leaderboards for helicopter kills and sniper kills on Xbox 360 Absolutely loved this game! So many amazing memories and just the best times of my life playing with friends that I met on here! Thanks for the video man
This game was my first online experience and it was so much fun, back when online on playstation was free. The worst was when you were in a high ranking clan and you add the wrong person and they end up hacking you and ruining your clan's win loss ration.
This was the game that got me started with online gaming. I am 39 years old. I can remember this game like it was yesterday. My favorite tactic was to take a fast jeep to the enemy base and plant land mines under every tank. Also on this certain map I remember using a jeep to rush to the anti-air Bradley, that was a little further up at the start of the game. I knew the enemy would fly their helicopters over a base at the start of the match, so I would rush to it right away. I would shoot them down every single time. This was much more fun than the Battlefield they have today. I have a great memory of using the automatic grenade launcher that was mounted in a bunker up on a hill. You could use it for indirect fire into the town below. What a great game! Thanks for making this video!
Hey nice to meet an old school Battlefield player, the map with the anti-air 30mm tank you are describing was called Backstab it was one of the most played maps. I think the map with the mounted grenade launcher you are describing was called Deadly Pass. Thanks for sharing your memories, I have a bunch of other battlefield videos if you have time to check them out.
@@JMMREVIEW Awesome! I remember those names now LoL. Great channel! I will sub for sure and watch some of your videos. Thanks again for reminding me of when online gaming was fun!
Absolutely awesome first episode Jim, so many memories came back the moment the into started. I was excited to see what you would do with this series, and now I'm even more hyped!
Thanks TY my next video is finished and it's on Patreon, going to make it public next Friday it's all about how the servers shutdown. Would you be interested in being a featured player in a video? We could do an interview on Skype and talk about the good old days?
@@RusnakAutoDesign yeah I think it would be cool to interview people who played the game to get more than just my perspective. Do you have Skype? We could talk on there and I can record it.
@@RusnakAutoDesign Now that I think about it there is a Skype app on xbox so you could install that and talk to me on your xbox and I can record on my pc. We could do a trial run some night just to see if it records okay.
Backstab was elite, my favorite map ! i remember when everyone found out that you can camp on that lightpost or go under the building. my brothers had an amazing clan, idk if anyone ever heard of it, but their names all started with r0man, ex. R0manL3gion . I remember when your team would spawn and everyone ran to the helicopters and cars, and it would suck if you didnt get one. so some people would troll and put landmines underneath the cars/tanks. Lol ! i clearly remember the sound of ARTILLERY STIKE INITIATED TAKE COVER! My favorite class was engineer and of course support!
Just discovered your channel, Iook forward to checking out your BF2MC videos. This game got me into the Battlefield series on Xbox back in 2006 (based in the US, my tag was nomad desperado). Many great memories, including with some of the less popular maps like Dammage and The Nest, and of course the clan system. Missile Crisis was one of the best maps if the side storming the gate managed to captured it, but was one of the worst if it didn't haha
So glad I found your video - I thought I was going mad as I couldn't find any reference to this game anywhere! I played this to death, it was so much fun back in the day. Thanks for the upload of the most underrated game of that era. Parachuting out of a heli on to the top of a building (or massive oil containers?) and then sniping people for a few minutes until your location was given away. A perfectly balanced game!
Yeah the level you are talking about was called black gold. It was an oil drilling platform at sea, the enemy team started on the land and had to fly over to the platform or take a boat. We are doing a fan remake of the game check my channel for videos, we also have a discord group.
Recently found my CD of this which brought me here because I remembered playing this but only ever offline and on that one snow map. Id spawn in the air, and die to bots constantly
I was looking for footage of the Chinese map with the bridges for a long time and I found it here. Thank you! Your videos are awesome and bring back some great memories that I have sorely missed.
Unfortunately on my PS2 I could never play online, but I used to play the single player a lot as a kid. This is one of my childhood games. Alongside Jak X Combat Racing, Ace Combat 04, Crash Bandicoot, and the classic Medal of Honor games.
Man literally one of my favourite childhood games ever. Sadly I was never able to play the online mode since we didn't actually have internet at the time. Still though, had a lot of fun playing in singleplayer and It still sticks with me as an adult. I can also remember the music perfectly, 100% one of the best soundtracks in gaming (in my opinion lol)
Strangely the PS2 servers lasted the longest, I think until mid 2014. I played the PS2 version, I never bothered with the “improved” 360 version. Great times, I got it Christmas of 2005, and played for years even after getting newer consoles and PCs, it was just so great. Great console game, maps are amazing. I would love a remaster that allows for 32 players, the maps are the perfect size.
My favorite dead game. I'll never forget helicopter sniping on Black Gold, made a good friend named SeahawksFan during that match. Lots of unlocked memories from this video
Awesome to see there is still some dedication to preserving the game. No Battlefield title before or since had the same feel to. I remember sniping pilots out of scout helicopters on Spec Ops map or getting into ridiculous knife fights in the forests on that map. Glitching through the floor on The Nest, still know where the OG glitch spots were and Deadly Pass just before the bridge. I recall the final days on the Xbox 360 title as-well, both for the boosting community and hold-outs from the PS2 days. I recall my first boosting experience, unlocking medals with a random playing by shooting my machine gun into the ground to direct them on the PS2. Joining a match on Eagle Eye to find everyone was in a clan match and getting kicked. Creating troll accounts to C4-jeep friendly tanks when people got too aggressive on the team. Annoying the enemy team by camping vehicle spawns with mines like the parking structure on Bridge too Far or the US main base on the snow map. Closing the blast doors on Missile Crisis and blocking attacker tanks from entering and Black Gold holding off US attack waves or sniping snipers in the control tower. Then getting hammered by helos as you hid in the containers hoping the laser designator would work. Definitely say Spec Ops, Bridge Too Far, Russian Border and Backstab are the highlights. Honor also holds a special place, so much vehicular chaos on that map.
I feel you man.. This game has a special place in my heart! I also liked the variation of maps.. Remember the oil rig? Sniping players out heli's and boats as they try to board the oil rig to capture it.. Man.. But this game just was never that populair because online gaming on console wasn't "normal" back then. Most people don't even know it was possible to play online on PS2 if you bought the online adapter. Everybody was talking about Battlefield2 on PC and when Modern Combat was brought up nobody cared.
Thanks so much for making this video! This game was my life in middle school. Played with my middle school best friend and a few others we became friends with in game, made a clan and all that. I had no idea the PS2 servers were available until 2014, I tried to play online sometime in 2007/2008 and couldn't connect so I assumed they pulled the plug on it sometime around then. Can't talk about this game enough. Clan wars, epic moments, I remember there being a medal for getting 30 kills in a match without dying and I went 29/0 one match and almost got that 30, was even complimented by some of the guys in the server. Was amazing. That being said, the game was great but definitely not perfect. While it was great to not have the annoyances you mentioned, there were still balance issues. The sniper class was broken, some of the different weapons had faster and slower reloads depending on what team you were on which was very strange, the "dolphin diving" people would do because you were invulnerable during the short diving animation to go prone, and there were tons of clipping exploits like being able to fall through the floor and still shoot out at people but they couldn't shoot you. Towards the end of the game's life you always had at least one of these guys and it was a shame. That being said it will go down as being an absolutely near and dear game to me and it is completely sad that there are so little videos of it in it's hay day and that you can't even revisit the maps just to wander around in at all. Thanks again for making this video!
Hey thanks for the comment, I setup a discord group which has a bunch of BF2MC veterans if you ever want to chat about the game you are welcome to join.
I got to 5 star rank pretty quick as well. It was just nice, knowing other players when looking at my name, knew I had played the fuck out the game and to avoid me when the game started lol..and you couldn't hear other players tel you bought a mic. I played for so long in silence, not knowing you could even talk. When I got a mic on bf2, it was a huge game changer.
Just found this video, I loved this game n wish there was more videos online. None of my online mates were interested in even looking at it because "its too arcadey" and "u gotta shoot them loads before they die" and "you can't hide with a colour box above you". My (self appointed) job on backstab was to get on the spawn roof n just sam the 2 helicopters again n again before they took off n keep them out of the skies lol (you could see them parked on the helipad from our spawn missile launcher and even snipe the wanna be pilots).
I miss this game. I was sitting here trying to remember the game for a while and I LOVED this game. The campaign was AWESOME! I wish that it was ported to PC. Even without MP, I wish I could play the campaign again.
2 best things about this: 1. Playing support, sitting next to an ammo box in the mosque for a clear vantage point and raining hell on people with unlimited mortar strike calls. 2. Being on the receiving end of this siege with a handful of teammates in the mosque while it is getting shelled to shit and everyone is prone and clinging on for dear life
I love this game to bits, I was unfortunate and never got to play the multiplayer (make sense as I was about 6 years old playing this game) but played the coop with my brother which was one of the most fun times I had on PS2 and now wish I could have experienced the BF2 Online but that opportunity has been long surpassed. But I will never forget how satisfying it is to shoot an enemy out of a helicopter.
I've had many times were I'd get a bunch of kills without dying, run out of primary ammo, switch to pistol and do the same thing tell I was out of ammo and got down to just my knife, got a few kills with it tel the round ended without me dying and getting top kills haha
This was by far my favorite multiplayer game of all time. I had over 20,000 kills. Played it before school, after school, before work and after work. I must have spend over 5,000 hours in this game. Now I just play GTA IV online with over 2,000 hours lol
I was sad when the leagues for bf2 stopped and switched to 2142... I obviously bought it and kept playing with my clan. The whole experience of playing it on PC was great.
My favorite series is the Socom series. I can still play online thru xlink though. Theres no lan mode on modern combat so xlink isnt an option. It sucks
still my favorite multiplayer game. i still have my disc and ps2. sadly, all my friends have gone to heaven on that battlefield. its a standard ea can't match to this day.
The best game that as ever been made from far in my opinion (for so many reasons) and in 2021, I'm still having hope to see it come back one day. All the musics, the maps, the fact we start with all weapons like everyone without any shitty DLC or things to buy, the lack of recoil for weapons, etc. I think one of the most unique thing with this game that I never saw again is its simplicity. Honestly, I would be ready to pay 100€ and even more if they were launching it again.
Played this game an rainbow six 3 on ps2 all the time still have people on my friends list to this day that I played those two games with AK_JAY_47 was my screen name
I wish I could go back for just one more night, being a shitty teenager with a case of Bawls, some microwave burritos, and an all-nighter to spend with the original Xbox version of this game. Even though I'd played the PC version of BF2, there was just something about the community aspect and streamlined maps of this game that really kept me playing for hours and hours.
Remember half the team getting in tanks while the others rushed up the side hill on the snow map to get the huge gate open? What a brilliant game. My favourite map has to be Hidden though. Was pretty hard to get when it was always Backstab, Bridge too Far and the occasional Deadly Pass. Loved the jungle map as well where you would fight up to the airfield. What a masterpiece.
The level with the gate was called Missile Crisis and the jungle level with the airfield was Spec Ops. I really wish people play Missile Crisis more it was so under played and way ahead of its time. It was basicly rush mode.

The barrel grew in size faster than I could respond and the next thing I knew I was dead watching a barrel bounce away. My friends and I probably laughed for a solid 30 minutes as I had a well-documented history of dying in the most sporadic ways. @@LelandReview i cant believe it! I dont know how i even got that game. I dont really like war games...but i played this like a maniac. It was fun as fuck. N i thought games now r better but they're not! Thank god i had some good times.
my heart hurts, i loved this
I loved bridge too far, the Chinese team was OP though.
The Chinese jeep was also a little faster but over all I think the game and the maps were as balanced as dice could make it.
Remember the little bird !
That's why I would parachute in and steal their chopper:).. errrr.... I mean borrow
How can we all make them Recreate and we be one happy family again. Life will be back normal for us guys. Miss this game with all my heart
We should create some kind of online petition, on ea forums, i think nowdays that the game is even backwards compatible it could grab some attention!
Let's do it ... I'll sign
with BF2042 Portal, its possible they can bring back maps from this game?
Bring it back, this by far was my favorite games to play casually or competitively, it's by far the most fun and skill based battlefield i've ever played and i still to this day play the heck out of battlefield games just not bf1 or bfv, those aren't real battlefiled games imo.
Agreed battlefield games just turned more and more into COD.
Spec ops was gritty ... Was my number one as well
This game was awesome, I remember gaming all night to this, best times ever. Bring the servers back so we can play this gem👍
I still remember waking up to my dad playing this at 6 in the morning and him letting me play. Bring back some really great moments 😢

My God how I suddenly started to miss this game. Like memories of an old friend.
Your aren't alone, I'm part of a discord group of over 100 people trying to get the game back online.
Oh, man, I miss this game. Had so much fun playing this in middle school and high school.

The fact you could sit by the ammo refill box and cover your car with c4, then drive it in somewhere, jump out, let it roll into the enemy then detonate the c4. I think you could get like 15 on it if you stood by the ammo refill box, otherwise it was like 4.
I still have that game and I'm playing it right now.
hey dude my story of bf2mc:

We are trying to get the original game back online and we are also working on a fan remake there are a few videos about it on my channel.

Xbox: Sergeant Moose, Lead Chariot
PS2: Crow 2x
I get the feeling that most people think that COD4 modern warfare was the first big online FPS game but I don't even think COD would have went modern if not for the success of BF2MC. I have always thought BF2MC is as important to the FPS genre as goldeneye was but with nowhere near as much recognition. Did you say you had a clip on your channel? I couldn't find it. I was on the leaderboards for helicopter kills and sniper kills on Xbox 360
Absolutely loved this game! So many amazing memories and just the best times of my life playing with friends that I met on here! Thanks for the video man
the amount of hours i dumped into this game, i loved it so, so much.
This game was my first online experience and it was so much fun, back when online on playstation was free. The worst was when you were in a high ranking clan and you add the wrong person and they end up hacking you and ruining your clan's win loss ration.
Yeah I heard about things like that, also people stealing accounts. That didn't happen as much on the Xbox.
This game was all about dropshotting, c4 kamakazing into enemies, lazer targetting, mortar kills, landmine kills. The nostalgia is real with this one.
So many awesome maps in this game, BFV can't hold a candle to them!
Hey man thanks for putting this out there I miss playing this game it was a great time to be a gamer

Who remembers the snow maps and that huge one with the gates that could be opened and closed ohhhh gawd this game was the best. Nothing compares!
The one with the gates was called Missile Crisis :)

I just remember being able to switch between different troops while a huge ai battle was ensuing. My favorite level was a big snow battle level
Got on at a game stop in NYC when searching when gamestop still sold PS2 games in NYC
The oil rig level was called Black Gold.
Yeah online gaming wasn't mainstream back then, this game paved the way.
Nothing like running a whole game with insane helicopter skills and raining hell on the opposite team all day
Thanks so much for making this video!

Thought about this game today very good memories
I miss this game. I was sitting here trying to remember the game for a while and I LOVED this game. The campaign was AWESOME! I wish that it was ported to PC. Even without MP, I wish I could play the campaign again.
We need a revive like old school runescape for the multiplayer. Would love to play in 2020
GOAT! I long for this game still to this day. I put an unbelievable amount of hours into it.
2 best things about this:
