Hello Larry, Im just about to get my first Kamado im still split between the kamado joe or the kamado Bono, I will likely go for the Bono after watching your great and informative videos, just one question, what size, it would normally be just me and my wife but then there will be times when there could be 12-15 of us, what size would you suggest, Thank you
Hi David, sorry for delay in replying to you, was at the competition in KCBS Lithuania,
But coming back to your question, Grande would be the perfect size for you, as even on the charcoal loading, you could put as much as you would put on the smaller grill like Media, so consumption of charcoal is not much different, Size between Media and Grande is total difference, also the height of the Grande lid allows you to stack up better. But cooking occasionally on for that many people on Grande would be perfect. Limited size is even better, but is actually slightly expensive, also some accessories more expensive too. My first go to Size was Grande, than 6 months later got Minimo, solely for different cooking while using big grill on low and slow, and the party starting, smaller grill was mainly used for different temperature cooking, like grilling steaks, starters etc.

Both Grande and Limited are good. But go to would be Grande and its actually most popular in that brand.
