簡易生煎包 (約15隻)
外皮:
中筋麵粉 200克
暖水 120克糖 1/2茶匙
鹽 1/3茶匙
乾酵母 3g
餡料:
免治豬肉 300克(7成瘦,3成肥)
水 60毫升
粟粉 1茶匙
調味料:
姜蓉 5克
蒜蓉 1茶匙
胡椒粉 1/2茶匙
豉油 1 湯匙
鹽 1 茶匙
糖 1茶匙
米酒 1湯匙
裝飾:
蔥花 適量
芝麻 適量
Sheng Jian Bao (Pan-fried Pork Buns)(For 15 servings)
Bread:
All-purpose flour 200g
Warm Water 120g
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/3 tsp
Dried Yeast 3g
Filling:
Ground pork 300g (70% lean 30% fat)
Water 60g
Cornstarch 1 tsp
Seasoning:
Ginger Paste 5 g
Minced Garlic 1 tsp
Ground White Pepper 1/2 tsp
Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Cooking Wine 1 tbsp
Others:
Green onion
Toasted Sesame Seeds

剛做好簡易生煎包,雖說簡易,在我新手來說殊不易,單是將麵皮搓成塊狀,再放饀料時,沒辦法整到個包子靚,好彩是個底放下煎,否則家人見到笑死,已經跟著視頻做,不段重覆又重覆去睇片,手機俾我隻手啲粉好似搽咗粉咁..哈哈,真的是學到老做到老,好佩服Amy 你,年紀輕輕好叻呀!我剛剛做完食了兩個真的好香脆,好多汁...可以給他們試呢.!謝謝你!!
